Dug into some tri-tip, pulled pork and spare ribs and it is among the best I've had in the Central valley. The rub is spot on, quality of meat is bueno, smoked to perfection and the spicy sauce is amazing! Check it out and enjoy the great service and smiling faces!”

525 W Inyo Ave, Tulare“Just moved here around the corner. Super friendly store and always so helpful even when their out of something. They never seem to mind looking for it out in the back for you. Not sure if this one is related to the ones in Porterville, but look quite similar. Has a great selection of drinks, beers and liquor. Also has a beer cave for you to wander in. Does have a fried deli and a port of subs. They open real early and stay open really late.”
“Pretty solid gas station, the prices were lower than the surrounding gas stations and I can appreciate that. I'm taking away one star because the bathroom was closed to the public due to the coronavirus. I am adding a star because they made an exception for my three-year-old. So I can respect that. Take your four stars and be happy with it Mr. gas station”

124 W Inyo Ave, Tulare“Go around lunch time when the food is fresh and ready to serve. Delicious beef tripas and tacos de chicharrones. Their burritos are great! Use to be $4.99 but prices have gone up to $8.99 but worth every bite. My family from up state and Vegas love eating here when they visit.”
Open 24 hours
1100 E Prosperity Ave, Tulare“Great prices on freezes, fountain drinks, and self service coffee.GAS prices are much lower than Chevron across the street from them but consistently a few cents per gallon more than the cheapest stations around town. They do however have lots of pumps so rarely you will have to wait for a pump which saves time and money due to gas burned while in line and/or restarting your car before getting to the actual pumps at stations which are a few pennies cheaper...All of the swing and graveyard employees are helpfull, courteous, and respectful on a daily basis. On Day shift that is not always the case.”

3002 M St, Tulare“I recently had an awful experience with an AMPM store in Visalia. Needing to go to Tulare for another matter and needing to stop somewhere for beer, and realizing I couldn't make the whole AMPM company guilty by association for the awful experience in Visalia, I decided to try this spot to make my purchases. Immediately Raj the cashier said hello to me politely when I walked in the store with a smile which was much appreciated. Then I looked for my beer, when I went back to the register for Raj to ring me up, I thanked her for smiling and acknowledging me politely as a customer. I was amazed to hear her say that some customers didn't like her and found her unfriendly. I told her to ignore all those people because I thought she was doing an amazing job. Even better the location in Visalia wouldn't even bag my beer for me! They just throw bags at you and have you do it yourself. Not Raj. She nicely bagged my items no questions asked, no complaints. I felt like a king considering the other location couldn't take a bit of their time to do that for me. I can say again confidently because of my visit to this location I am reminded of why I like Arco and AMPM so much. This location blows that one Visalia one out of the water and actually has a good understanding of how customers want to be treated. Way to go Raj! Because of your friendly service I know where my stop for gas and beer will be from now on when I am in Tulare.”

109 S West St, Tulare“I never cared to go to CVS because I always thought they were too expensive but going there and using the coupons is not like I thought I will keep visiting this store”
10AM - 8PM
1645 E Tulare Ave, Tulare“There aren't many drug/convenience stores I would go out of my way to review, but this Rite Aid in Tulare - at least by Rite Aid standards, which is a low bar - is doing it right in terms of customer service and having what you need. I've been in a couple times while in town visiting family and I usually always get some decent, friendly service. My neighborhood Rite Aid in Sacramento is inevitably out of stock of whatever I seek, but the shelves here are packed and everything from drugs to candy to drinks are readily available. There's plenty of parking and short lines, too, so consider this a better than average spot to go for a quick run in to grab a thing or two. Bonus: They also serve ice cream!”
Open 24 hours
1070 E Bardsley Ave, Tulare“This is a really awesome place to get anything and at anytime too. The staff are very kind. The coffee is hot and ready to drink. And there are plenty of soft drink options where you can choose from.”
“Hood gas station. Cool peeps. They hella rude at first but killed them with kindness and now the lady smiles a lil smirk here and there instead of being so serious. Lol”

16638 Ave 168, Tulare“I got a froot loops donut and giant lemon sugar cookie so soft and yummy everything is so fresh and they had tamales I got a giant jalapeno cheese cheap and yummy. The selection is excellent I'm even happier with this then the old market and I been going to the palace market for years.”
“I love the store the employees are amazing their hot food is the best Mexican food I've had around I travel from Goshen just to get a burrito don't buy the food on the shelves it's not their fault it's in date but because of the heat and the temperature control in the store the food is not as good as you would like the pies were hard and rubbery and the " fresh Mexican bread" was hard as a rock and tasted about a month old and we were not warned that they were not fresh but it didn't bother us it will not deter us because we love this store and don't let it deter you bring up more business so they can afford to keep the AC on things cost money nowadays let's help one another”
