I hadn't been putting enough air in the tube, so he showed me how much to put to make it easy to put on. He's such a nice guy and really did me a solid by helping me fix my bike.”

“I brought a malfunctioning Bosch Powertube 625 into the shop and disclosed that I was the second owner of the bike and did not expect to get it warrantied. I simply did wanted them to connect their diagnostic tools to it and tell me what went wrong? I mean if I get another $950 battery I did not want to screw it up as well. I needed to know why it went bad. Mike ran the diagnostics and found the battery was really messed up and still "might be within warranty". I appreciate this is a non-revenue type of time consuming thing for any shop to do. Mike did not promise to get me a new battery, but said he would speak to Bosch I my behalf to see what they would be willing to do. Worst case scenario, I need to purchase a new battery at full pop. Better case scenario, I get a new battery at a heavy discount. Best case scenario, I get a new battery under warranty. Well, it took awhile (more than 2 months), but the best case scenario played out and Bosch sent a new battery out. So good on Bosch, and great on Mike at Stage 21 Bikes. My total bill was $99, and I happily paid for Mikes time and service. These guys are here to serve the cycling community and I just found a new best shop in OC.”

“I was looking for a new e-bike and so glad I stumbled across this Pedego dealer while lunching in CDM. These guys are not only very knowledgeable and professional but very kind and funny! I worked with Evan and he was fabulous. Ask for him. They didn’t have what I was looking for in stock but Evan sat down with me at the computer and helped me custom build my bike. He explained every feature and help me make the right decision what I needed vs what I didn’t truly need. He ordered it and it arrived a few days later. When I went to pick it up, it was literally 5 minutes before closing. Evan still took all the time necessary to show me everything, even though he was technically off the clock. Fantastic service, friendly and fun! Although I have a Pedego dealer in my own city, I will drive to CDM because they are so good at what they do. Now Evan is going to help me pick out accessories. I love my new bike. I bought a white Avenue with black mag wheels. A big thumbs up to Pedego CDM!”
