“We walked in when the store opened early Monday morning to have my daughter's bike fixed. I had to take a flight back to TX on that day and I only have two hours before I leave for airport. The front desk lady was very attentive and she helped us the moment we came in, had the technician fix it within one hour after we dropped it off. We are very satisfied with their service and would definitely come back. Highly recommend.”

“Visiting from Las Vegas & wanted to do a bike ride for the day. Balboa beach & bicycle boutique had the best reviews between all the others so we decided to go with them. They did not disappoint! The services was AMAZING, very helpful and super easy to rent. We had 3 different types of bikes, regular, kids seat and a pedal assist. All the bikes were super clean and well maintained. We will be back next trip to rent from here again”
