“My Bikeyoke Revive 2 Dropper post broke at the foot where it actuates up and down. Pro Bike Supply had the best price anywhere on a replacement foot.

I did have to shorten the actuating rod in order to have the new foot function properly but that's just part of working on your mountain bike.

I will look to Pro Bike Supply again for parts.”

Our first delivery unfortunately arrived with a few dings in transit, but Jen (the owner) and Meaghan from client support helped resolve things with a replacement. Meaghan stayed in touch throughout the process and even shared helpful info about the bike beforehand, which made the whole buying experience easy and made us feel confident in our purchase.

“Local living here in the Balboa Peninsula for the last 5 years almost, and felt like it’s due time for me to come by and just say this is a great place to come do anything bicycle related. They have a shop with great prices and everyone that works there is just super nice and genuine. Never once have I gone there to get my bike repaired or fixed or even rent them out and thought for a second just because we’re in a more touristy area these guys would scam me or raise prices on me etc . I even think that they’re rental prices for bikes and most of the repairs I’ve done on my bike have been the same for the last four years. It goes to show you why in those years that I’ve lived here. This bike shop has been the only one to actually remain in business and everyone else has either closed up, moved, you name it . “I brought my ebike in to have Bob fix a flat tire and perform an overall tune-up. Wow, the bike works like it's new! I called first, as suggested, and brought the bike in around noon. Less than 3 hours later, they texted me that it was done! I picked up the bike, and I must add that the fee for such excellent service was very reasonable. I have Bob's team work on my ebike because I know that they have the technical expertise to do the job right. Plus, their ebikes are light yet sturdy and stable -- perfection!”
