“After arriving with two personal laptops experiencing issues, I was met with professionalism, transparency, and accurate solutions, which left me satisfied, knowing I can come back with future issues with my laptops or personal electronics. I would highly recommend Spencer's expertise & Tectronics to those who live locally or are interested in traveling, for the best, honest, quality service, where you will feel comfortable asking questions, thanks to his transparency.”

“This is my second time requesting services from this business and I'm always impressed by their quality of service! The first time I went was to repair my 2017 MacBook Pro screen they quickly diagnosed the issues and I've not had any problems since! Recently I went to get a change of battery and had the same excellent experience. Totally would recommend this place for their expertise and reasonable pricing.”

“Bob at A1 Computer Service & Parts fixes computers so fast I’m pretty sure he intimidates the viruses into leaving!! Other repair shops talk to me like I’m launching NASA Space missions. Bob just fixes the problem and sends me home with money still in my wallet. I trust Bob with my computers because he’s the only tech guy who doesn’t make me feel personally attacked by my own password choices. One occasion Bob told me my hard drive was failing. He somehow made bad news sound affordable! Bob somehow explains computer problems in a way I understand. That alone deserves an award. Every time I leave A1 Computer Service & Parts, my computer works better and my bank account hurts less.”

“If you need a new TV or need help with Sony electronics, do yourself a favor and go to this store and ask for Jimmy. He is seriously one of the kindest and most helpful employees I have ever met. Usually employees tend to push their products too hard and/or push memberships of some sort on me (which makes me look for the closest door to escape) but Jimmy simply answers every question and is genuinely enthusiastic about the products he is selling (Sony TV is the product in question). My TV is getting older and I am looking to replace it with a nicer one. I don’t live anywhere near Riverside, but I plan to go all the way back to this specific store and look for Jimmy when I’m ready to replace it because he is the perfect employee to help me. I can’t tell you how kind, supportive, and non-pushy he was. His love for Sony products really shines through in the way he spoke…and now I am sold on them!! I know what TV I’m getting next and I will be back for any electronic purchase I need from now on…to this specific store and to this specific employee. It is rare for me to find someone so positive, caring, warm, and helpful. Thank you Jimmy for everything, I hope to be there soon for a new TV, amongst other things!”
