“Bob at A1 Computer Service & Parts fixes computers so fast I’m pretty sure he intimidates the viruses into leaving!! Other repair shops talk to me like I’m launching NASA Space missions. Bob just fixes the problem and sends me home with money still in my wallet. I trust Bob with my computers because he’s the only tech guy who doesn’t make me feel personally attacked by my own password choices. One occasion Bob told me my hard drive was failing. He somehow made bad news sound affordable! Bob somehow explains computer problems in a way I understand. That alone deserves an award. Every time I leave A1 Computer Service & Parts, my computer works better and my bank account hurts less.”
