I recently switched to Metro by T-Mobile and had trouble activating my physical SIM card online. I also contacted customer service by phone, but they were unable to resolve the issue.
When I went to the store, Mike—the manager/owner—was excellent. He took the time to diagnose the problem and ultimately fixed it. His professionalism and willingness to help made all the difference.

“Parking lot is small very few spaces, tight squeeze for 2 cars drive past eachother while cars are also parked. Located on a corner stop light in somewhat busy area in Corona. Small, open 24/7, clean inside, shelves stocked, they have 8-10 frigerator doors mix of alcohol (beer, mixed drinks, wine) (NO hard alcohol) frozen & refrigerated foods. Good, efficient, polite customer service. Store temp was a too warm stuffy inside almost like a sauna, sweating just standing in line to checkout.. outside was 95 yuck.”

“This is a nicely stocked 7-Eleven, but there should be more attention paid to cleaning, especially the floor. I went in for some Twix Ice Cream Bars, and, wouldn’t you know it, all the Twix bars were MUTILATED! I’m talking about crushed, smashed, bent, like someone got angry at those retarded “Left/Right” Twix commercials and decided to take it out on this poor 7-Eleven’s inventory. I bought two M&M’s ice cream sandwiches instead. Check it out, they got Dippin’ Dots.”
