“I brought my gaming laptop in due to a boot error. OS was completely corrupted. The technician, Darien was able to fix it. He put on new thermal paste, dusted out the laptop, backed up and restored my data, and reinstalled a clean copy of windows. He also sold me a 1TB Samsung T7 External SSD. Absolutely fantastic service all-around. I highly recommend these guys - they're friendly, professional, knowledgable and experienced. If you need your computer tuned-up or fixed, this is the place to go. Thank you guys so much!!!”

“Under promised, over delivered! I decided that printing a few hundred pages of a download digital operating handbook was too tedious and time consuming task than worth my limited time. On a whim I hit up Google as to whether or not there was a place in which I could upload the manual , have it printed for me and pick up in person. I landed on Office Depot and that was a business blessing in disguise! The process was simple, easy and seamless. Within minutes my manual was uploaded, order paid for and a confirmation that my order would be ready on Monday (in two days). The amazing team at my local Office Depot apparently tackled my order as soon as they came in on Sunday morning and I received a "ready for pick up" notification at 11:28 a.m. WOW, what a great turnaround time. Additionally, the print and paper quality, along with the binding, by far exceeded my expectations. Great job Office Depot team!”

“Charles, thank you so much for making me feel welcomed, seen and more. It was my first time going to an Office Depot, I needed something laminated. I wasn't aware you had to sign in on a computer for service. Upon arrival none of the managers on duty, took it upon themselves to help me, nor welcome me in. As soon as Charles realized I was there, after about 10-15 minutes, he asked me if I needed help , and then explained to me, that I have to sign in on the computer. And was the one to help me, he's great. And I truly feel like he should be a supervisor or a key player in the training of future employees, thank you once again , Charles.”
“This was the first Apple Store I ever visited many years ago, and it is just as good today as it was then. As a thriller author, a YouTuber, and a musician, I’ve used Apple products for more than twenty years.
The nice part about this store is that it’s a different retail experience. You interact directly with a clerk. There is no self-checkout here, which I prefer. Being in Fashion Valley, the experience is upscale.
I loved how the sales associate was able to explain the pros and cons of purchasing a phone outright versus leasing it from a cell phone provider. It helped me make a solid decision.
