I had a very difficult time getting my money out of this office during the year-end holidays. The front desk woman was exceptionally unhelpful by giving out vague and incomplete information. I'm going to find someone else.

The person who answered the phone could not even tell me exactly where they were located. I gave them one instruction on my transaction and they did the exact opposite. This is a very poor office for Schwab if you can go to a different branch.
