The cakes are absolutely beautiful and there are always fun new shapes with different seasons and holidays. The staff is also always so friendly and helpful. Mishka is a must go to if you have a pup in the Bay Area.”

“All I can say is WOW! Our cat has a lot of anxiety and won't even let us clip her nails without a fight. I couldn't believe how gentle and caring the owner was when grooming/giving a hair trim to our kitty. She is truly the cat whisperer! Our kitty let her give her a bath, nail trim, and lion cut without any issues. She made her feel so safe and calm the entire time. We will definitely be back!”

The fellow that owns the place is lovely and warm, and the dog was done earlier than expected, they put them in little cribs while they wait which I loved. Because after all he is my baby.”

“Hubby and I love supporting small, local pet businesses and decided to stop in with our puppy Midnight! We purchased Evangers Gently Dried Beef Liver for him and he absolutely loves these single ingredient, grain-free/gluten-free dog treats! They're perfectly bite sized for training and contain 0 artificial ingredients! We also purchased Grandma Lucy's Singles-Chicken, for our Seal Point Ragdoll and both our puppy and our kitty absolutely loves them as well! They're also single ingredient, all natural, grain-free, USA made freeze-dried treats! Our puppy also needed a new leash and we came across the RC Pets Bungee Traffic Leash in "black" This reflective leash has been great for our puppy! When he pulls the neoprene padded handle is a lot more comfortable to hold onto, compared to our old leash! Not to mention it's nickel plated, so it resists wear and tear! I would definitely this small/woman owned business that opened in 1987, they carry lots of healthy pet brands I know and love for a variety of pets! The female employee working was very acknowledgeable and helpful during our shopping experience! We'll definitely be returning the next time we're in the area! “Great first experience washing our family pet at Woodlands Pet Food & Treats in Greenbrae. What really made our experience great was their extra friending reception and assistance getting set up to wash our dog. They were very helpful and made the process easy. Woodlands washing has 3 stations or tubs. Their tile tubs are nice and deep, easily accommodating a large dog with steps leading to each tub. We got lucky I suppose as there was a station open and we went right in. We had a little issue getting the rinsing water warm but one of the employees came over right away and helped adjust the temperature. They couldn't have been nicer about it. The store itself is nice however the aisles are a bit tight to navigate with a pet. They seemed to offer a good variety of quality products, pretty much everything you made need to take care of your pet. We'll be back again soon for another wash. The price was very fair, $15.”

“Another Pet Food Express by a Safeway. Although they seem to always be out of the Nulo Chicken Jerky, an excellent clean-to-handle bark-calming treat, their service is very accommodating in “weird” circumstances. Also the elevated dog scales is comforting for my dog.”

“My experience at this shop was outstanding because of Emily - she went above and beyond for me and my pups, and I wanted to express my gratitude. I have 2 elderly little Maltese, one is going through treatment for lymphoma and the medication he’s on makes him hungry ALL the time. It was the end of the day and we were out of food, so I did a search for one of their favorite brands, “Just Food for Dogs” on google maps and the closest location was a few minutes away from where I was. I drove to the address, but I couldn’t find it, so I called the store (in actuality it was Petfood Express, but there’s a listing error on google maps). Anyway, Emily picked up the phone and she is so sweet, warm and bubbly. I verified the location, and was thankful the store was still open so I thanked her and told her I would be there shortly. She informed me that the store had actually just closed (another google maps error). I expressed my disappointment because I really needed to pick up some food. She asked how close I was (I was in the parking lot) and because she hadn’t closed out the register just yet she said she could check me out if I wanted to run in. She was waiting for me at the door, I knew exactly what I needed, she helped me pick out a few flavors and checked me out. I was so very thankful!! She truly understands the meaning of exceptional customer, and helped me (and my hungry pup) in a time of need. It’s not very often that I leave an establishment feeling like the person I interacted with really cares, but this was one of those rare moments. I would definitely go out of my way to visit this shop again because it was such a good experience. Thank you again!”

“Very nice people, as are people who shop there. Nice neighborhood also. My Chihuahua walked out with some new duds and all the fixings. I know the place is fairly new, but there's just a lot of potential there. I hope they really keep going with the concept of what real dog food should be. I fear just like us, the food is leading them to their graves. Makes me sick going to the chains! How many dogs do you know that like crackers (a few). I love my animals, they are living beings, and not lesser life forms, as is the perception of a lot of human beings. We force them into an unnatural, and unforgiving world, as we kill of the rest of them or some other torture practice that we fail to recognize. They deserve better lives.”

“George is such a cute pet boutique in pac heights. I go here every year to get my Shiba Inu her birthday hat! They have a large selection of dehydrated treats in a "serve yourself" area as well as packaged treats and pet supplies. The workers are always very helpful and give my dog lots of samples.”

But she's also detail oriented and great with people.
