“On 3/14/25, the pharmacist was so genuinely kind. Since I didn't know how to get to the pharmacy, I walked around the perimeter of UCSF to pick up the prescription for my daughter who had surgery that day.
The pharmacist was so nice to me when I finally found the pharmacy. When I walked in, they had the prescriptions ready and he gave me simple directions back to UCSF. If he hadn't done this, I would have had to backtrack my whole route and wasted so much time.
If I lived in California, this would be the pharmacy I would use.”

“The CVS pharmacy is upstairs, it’s right by the escalator. They have the latest vaccines. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment and they helped me pretty much right away. But don’t wait in line at the pick up window. Wait in line at the first window “consultations”.”
“The pharmacy staff is always polite and helpful but I have never picked up an Rx without having to wait in line.The last time I had 7 people ahead of me, so I decided to hit the pot shop around the corner and return. There was still a line, but only 3 people ahead of me. Always a wait.”

“I've been going to safeway at cabrillo and 10th for more than 30 years. I consider the people who work there not as employees, but as friends. Denise, Ricky Givens, Eric, Prudencia in produce are all hardworking and easy to get along with. They know their inventory, and are helpful in finding items that you are unable to find.
