“This place, a true gem. Almost always get emotional in this store, such beautiful reminders for those of us, with this as part of our life journey. I get lost in the incense, the candles, the books, the quotes - it's a total reset in the best way. Some of the best incense (Wolf Spirit) and cards on letting go (it's just so hard isn't it....) Love this store, employees always calming and welcoming. Will be back again and again.”

“Deseret Book in Southern California is a spiritual haven and a gem for anyone seeking uplifting content, meaningful gifts, or simply a place to feel closer to God. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with kindness and genuine warmth from the staff. Whether I’m searching for a new book, Church materials, or just want to browse through inspiring artwork and music, this store never disappoints. The Spirit is truly present here. I always leave feeling more grounded and uplifted. Thank you, Deseret Book, for being a light in the community. Warm regards, Dennis Schleicher YouTuber with over 90K subscribers and content creator on Instagram”

“An amazing place for all your collectible needs! This store has a lot more than just books, such as figurines (like funko Pops), in package items, cards, physical media like vinyl and dvd's, and my favorite, their large selection of video games, mostly Japanese, if thats what you're into. The prices are low or match what you'd find the item for priced online, which I really appreciate. The staff are friendly and happy to help. If you need to find that next item for your collection of books, games, etc., then this is the place to go.”

“Travis, Jim and Mike have been a pleasure to work with. They are good at their jobs and generate actually results. Lawyers can trust they will be treated fairly and marketed well. James Publishing can't survive 35 years in business without treating their customers right. I would recommend them to any new or established law firm.”

“I went here to pick up a book for someone and it was surprisingly well curated with cute, non “college-y” notebooks, pens and accessories. Also a lot of choices for things like water bottles and of course, the college themed clothing and the general needs for college classes. The best part about it though was the staff- both in the text book shop and up front at checkout. Everyone was really helpful and so nice. The outside needs a refurbishment though- hopefully someone one day can make that happen for this school!”
