I ordered an outdoor table and chairs on January 18 of this year. Received the chairs in July but still waiting for the table. Store staff essentially ignore me when I inquire about status. My next step is to visit the store and request a refund. I will keep you posted.

Walked in ready to order a dining table and chairs I’ve been loving for sometime. I walked in dressed down and three ladies did not even acknowledge my existence I stood at the table for some time and still no acknowledgment. I walked out and not a single word was said to me. I’m so embarrassed by this customer service.

Lousy customer service. They just send a replacement piece and expect you to fix the chair your self. I asked if someone was going to come and fix the chair and got no response
