“I recently worked with Jonathons on a full house remodel. They were an excellent partner from project start to finish. I have only great things to say about Jamie and her team.
My initial introduction to Jonathons was from my Mom. She loves shopping here and I had been in the store over the years. When it came time to remodel my house I reached out. Jamie was involved with the entire process. First she helped with space planning the house to communicate to the architect what we wanted. Then she assisted in selecting a contractor. Next she led the interior design process helping choose fixtures, flooring, counter tops, paint colors, and hundreds of other design decisions. During construction she visited the jobsite to monitor progress. And finally she helped with furnishing the house.
The support the entire Jonathon's team provided for the project was tremendously valuable. They were responsive and knowledgeable. There is no way the project would have turned out as well without their help. I highly recommend Jonathon’s for interior design services.”

After 3 weeks of trying to address the issue with customer service, I went back to the store and Paris helped fix the problem immediately. My couch finally arrived this week and it is perfect.
