“Like all Crate & Barrels this location is stacked full of all of the stuff you would expect from this retail giant. This location has two floors. Thus, the various departments are nicely separated and the store is easy to navigate. One of the best things about this location is that it is very open and airy. Whether you were visiting during the day, where natural light easily flows in, or at night, where you can look out onto the nighttime horizon, shopping at the store is always a great experience.The staff here is very helpful. They are happy to guide you towards whatever purchase you are seeking to make. They, of course, have all the answers to all the questions.Overall, if you're looking for what Crate & Barrel has to offer, this is one of the best locations in the SoCal area to go and purchase those items.”

“My recent purchase experience with BoConcept has left me disappointed. Despite having bought from them twice before without being impressed by the service, this time was particularly disheartening. Opting for chair pickup to avoid a $200 minimal assembly delivery fee, I found the items in separate pieces upon retrieval. The chrome legs, unfortunately, appeared dull, dusty, and used. Advised to use chrome polish, we discovered the disappointment extended further when assembly began – essential screws for attaching the seats were missing. Now, over a week later, I have unassembled, unusable chairs, and the necessary items have yet to be provided. For a store emphasizing high-end, quality products, the customer experience should align with those standards.Updated: The manager was really nice and she sent over someone with the missing parts and delivered them to my house. Thank you.”

“We have been using wall beds for our homes for decades. We compared Wall Beds n' More to two other providers, and found them to be the best quality and value for our needs. From the moment we met Roger at their warehouse in Costa Mesa, we were very impressed. Roger is very experienced and knowledgeable, and the company history seemed dependable. Today our bed was delivered, and the installation was handled efficiently and professionally, and Lisa (the installer) was professional and personable. Wall Beds n' More is not the cheapest wall bed out there, but the quality we received made the overall value outstanding. Roger worked with us to find the bed that best suited our needs, told us what we should expect, and that's exactly what we received. We're now looking for other rooms to provide double-duty with these wonderful beds.”

And as I have mentioned before I don't like being followed around while shopping and the sales people here leave you alone, which I like. “A day or so after posting my original review, I got an email saying they had the part and someone would contact me to schedule the repair. Within a week, Cesar, a local contractor for Wallbeds n More came to check the bed and took it away to fix it. He brought it back & installed it 3 days later. Cesar was excellent: communicative, punctual and prompt. We have not used the bed yet, as it's in the guest room, but I feel optimistic.”
