Bianca and the associates at Casper are exemplary in their customer service and product knowledge. I left the store but their in-person demeanor and care brought me back to buy a full set of phenomenal Casper products which bring so much joy. Thank Bianca, associates, Casper. Keep up the great work!

Javier Olvera knows the products he is selling. During the delivery and installation, we were missing a plastic footing. We called Javier and he grabbed a few from his inventory and drove it to our home (a 30 minute drive). He also sinced our adjustable bases, while he was at our home.

Bianca did an outstanding job of helping us find the right mattress and accessories. My wife felt listened to and found the buying experience low stress and kinda fun. We love our new matress. We're sleeping so well
