“A day or so after posting my original review, I got an email saying they had the part and someone would contact me to schedule the repair. Within a week, Cesar, a local contractor for Wallbeds n More came to check the bed and took it away to fix it. He brought it back & installed it 3 days later. Cesar was excellent: communicative, punctual and prompt. We have not used the bed yet, as it's in the guest room, but I feel optimistic.”
