The store provides an exceptional and wonderful customer service experience. Staff members are described as incredibly kind, attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, warm, welcoming, thoughtful, and a doll. They go above and beyond, making customers feel valued, happy, comfortable, and extra special. Service is excellent and staff are very informative and detail-oriented. They assist in finding the right items, help place orders online if something is not in store, and arrange inter-store shipments. They spend extra time to help and follow up with customers, showing they care and respect. The spa service for bags is an easy process. The atmosphere is chill and the store is amazing. It is also noted as a kids-friendly location. Customers shop there not just for the high-quality products but for the whole experience and the wonderful service received every time. Went do my first time to actual store..... want dressed up, had cowboy boots and jeans on , no jewelry whatsoever, and a coach bag.... had the best SA experience! AJ you are THE BEST! Thank you! I had to wait 10 minutes to get into the store which i dont mind at all, I was assigned a SA names nomina who was extremely nice and always had a smile on her face. She help me choose out my belt and gave her recommendations. She helped me create a profile as well. Amazing experience
