    I actually had a very good experience here. I was visiting from out of town and walked in with my wife. I was helped by a guy names Jamie. He was great. No pressure, answered all of our questions, offered a drink, informed us to take our time. I'll be purchasing from them regularly.

    Awful shopMy husband ordered me a bag as a birthday gift, I received it but it was too small even for iPhone. So in 2 days I decided to return it.I phoned Celine and they told that they wouldn't take it back, because 2 two weeks from purchase passed! Awful! Worst shop ever!!!

    Worst customer service ever. They dont process return until customer finds out funds didnt refund back to credit card. And they said it was restocked and never processed refund for over 6weeks.
