Beautiful store but severely understaffed and very rude associates. The manager in charge the day I went to shop was not very helpful or apologetic for his staff's lack of training.

Gezelle is in her absolute own world, without a clue about customer service. 20 min. to buy 1 pair of pants. Next in a line of 6 people. Now is a good time to start another task that could be done later. Want a greeting, we don't do that here. Customer service is dead.

You guys have the worst customer service known to mankind. My order is still not delivered and I got told it’s been sent to a post office when it should’ve came straight to my house. Truly disappointed. Please get it together and deliver my order 29795423053
