“I reached out to Treeium Inc. to see if I could get a free estimate on a project for my frontyard (pavements and gates).Ashley, was the one who assisted me. She listened to what my needs were and sent me a link to look at all the different kinds of impressive pavements that had been done. Unfortunately they did not do gates, but Ashley went out of her way to find a specialist and made a note for them to assist me - regarding the gate. You do not see this 'going the extra mile' service often these days!I sense her smiling (by her voice) throughout our phone conversation; she was nice, cheerful, and very informative.Regardless of the outcome of weather I hire or not, I made an appointment for this Friday.I just wanted to say "Thank you Ashley for your excellent customer service and for your help - you're awesome!"”

I want to personally thank you for over delivering on customer service. My husband does extensive research before purchasing anything. After completing his research, he chose Home Depot to purchase a weed eater, only to be told that the model he wanted was out of stock.
After speaking with Melissa for a few minutes, my husband walked away, assuming that was the end of it. Moments later, Melissa came running to let him know she had found exactly what he was looking for in the back, a Ryobi 40 Volt weed eater that came with a battery and charger for the same price I would have paid for one from eBay and the swap meet at Orange Coast College. I'm glad I bought it from Home Depot because it comes with a 3 year warranty.
Sometimes, the small things that mean the most to customers go unnoticed. I want you to know that your service was truly meaningful to my husband. Those extra efforts, going out of your way without being asked, make a lasting impact.

“Home Depot: You can always find the kinds of things you need for building different projects at home Depot. I went there to buy a piece of insulation 4x8 sheet that I thought I could get cut on the sores there but they don't cut insulation there. The guy told me I could take it home and cut it with a exacto knife but I couldn't get it into my car. It was too big that way so he got down off his forklift even though he was doing something else and cut my thing in the in a different ways. I needed it to the different sizes that I needed the best service I've ever had.”
“Emily was amazing and went above and beyond to help me! I was walking around Home Depot trying to find rope to tie plywood to the top of my car, but it was all gone. Emily not only helped me look for it, but went and grabbed a new one for me and even helped me tie the plywood securely to my car. “BETTER VALUE ! Ever since my wife and I landed in the USA over 16 years ago we've been bigger fans of Lowe's Home Improvement stores than The Home Depot stores. Lowe's are usually neater, bathrooms are upfront and have better choices in some areas particularly in the Garden Center. THE PRICES ARE BETTER ! During the heavy rain and gale force winds in Irvine recently some of our stuff on the back patio was damaged. A cute potted succulent arrangement which was a gift to my wife a couple of years ago from a former work colleague was chipped badly. I needed to find an identical size pot which looked similar to replace it. And I looked everywhere with no luck until I popped in here on Thursday....found it in 60 seconds. HOW'S THAT ! In fact I had a choice of 3 patterns all for under $10...my max spend. TOO EASY ! I took it home and did a succulent arrangement transplant and it looks even better now. Friendly service at the checkout. MY WIFE IS HAPPY !”

“I called them for help with a custom door. They were quick to respond, detailed with what they could do, and willing to expedite it to meet my timeframe. It was wonderful working with them. In the end, after modeling the door in the room, I decided to go with a standard in-stock door from a local supplier. But they were a pleasure to work with and when I need a custom door, this will be my first call.”
