I used to love this store couple years ago but the most recent shopping experience was unpleasant. The staff in this store are very rude and unprofessional. And most of the merchandise in this store are really dirty and broken.

They didn’t accept my return because the original tag was not the right tag( I bought it with the same tag). She made me go and return in Irvine store. This is not a good customer service.

I was raised coming to Marshall’s @ South Coast Plaza and it never disappoints, this location has great selection in the beauty, home, personal care areas, highly recommend!????????
