“Venni helped me in person and was amazing! She took the time to check other Extra Space Storage locations to see if there were better deals available for me. I really appreciated how helpful, patient, and friendly she was. She went above and beyond to help me find the best option and made the whole process so much easier. Great customer service!”
“Michelle, the manager at this spot is the best. She’s very knowledgeable and kindly and help me get my unit overnight reserved. It was already the next morning. This is a good spot. I’ve had a few storages that were less than adequate. This one is very adequate.”
“This is an amazing place to do visit with the lady to help me. Her name is Aracely very communicative and very happy to assist in every question that I had she is amazing”

“The place is excellent, and Mariano—who helped me with the rental—is very professional and a wonderful person. Congratulations on the team you’ve put together; it is a team of excellence.”

“Contacted this location and within 3 hours same day I was moving my things in! Emory was an amazing help with getting me set up so quickly and went out of his way to accommodate my schedule and movers. Best experience I’ve ever had at a storage unit.”

A special shout-out to Tenisha for the excellent customer service! She was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful during the tour. She took the time to show me the different options, explain everything clearly, and made the whole setup process easy.
It’s refreshing to receive this level of service. I would definitely recommend Baker Fairview Self Storage to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and well-managed storage facility. Thank you, Tenisha, for making the experience so easy!I”

“I have rented storage space at this location since 2013, for 8 years. Prior to that, I rented at 4 other locations in town and was disappointed with each. This storage facility is the best you will find. Bruce Bear is an honest, ethical manager and extremely professional to work with. He can be trusted at his word and is dependable. The storage facility is safe, well run, and as a result, there is usually a waiting list to get in. This facility is worth the wait. It has an excellent location, plenty of parking, and easy 24 hour in and out access. No other storage facility in Costa Mesa even comes close to the value provided here due to the excellent manager and security/accessibility of the units.”

“Mike, the owner, is outstanding.
My place had to be fumigated, and I needed a place to store my car while I was away. Not only did Mike take care of that, but he also helped me troubleshoot why my Porsche trickle charger wasn’t working after a power outage. He explained what was happening, recommended the right charger, and showed me exactly how it needed to be connected to the battery. He even set it up so that when I leave town, I can simply connect it and plug it in—no hassle. He absolutely didn’t have to do that.
Honestly, I figured he might forget—people are human. But when I came back to town after 4 months for my scheduled 9:00 AM Monday pickup, my car was ready and positioned facing outward. I asked if the charger had been set up as Mike described, and sure enough, it was done perfectly.
Now, when I travel, I can reconnect it at home and plug it in without worrying about the charger not restarting after a power outage.
This place is top-notch—beautiful cars and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. Everything is extremely organized and clean, which is a big contrast to another facility I used in Irvine that was disorganized, with cars packed everywhere and careless handling.
Great experience all around—and competitively priced! - Jason Evans”
“Probably the cleanest storage facility I’ve ever been to! The ladies who run it take real pride in the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the facility. They have climate-controlled units and a great variety of sizes. Highly recommend checking them out if you need quality storage!”

“I was so impressed by the kind lady working at the site at 2099 Placentia in Costa mesa. I have had so many storages in my time and I've never enjoyed the management of any at all other sites I rent from or have rented from, even other companies. This manager 'Cat' is so attentive and on point with issues from all of her tennants. She knows everyone's story and has an eye for anything that is wrong and what's right. I was worried about a possible homeless encroachment but I was ignorant to the locals and their dealings. She brought me up to speed and soon I had who I thought to be a scary individual help me in both my storage and my job. If not for her being so involved with her tenants I would never have talk to this true gentleman let alone offer him work. And my own job is now thriving with her humble hand by just being so good a person and fair to all people. On the flip side she also knew when a disruptive renter had to go. Extemely kind to the jerks all the while having them remove themselves from the premises. Beautiful character and strong management, I will always recommend her storage.”
“I have had such a nice experience while at the storage unit. The owner Tracy has been so kind and helpful. Jose has also been a great help. The facility is so clean and well kept. They have all the amenities , which are also well kept. Thank you for your help.”
“Years ago I store my toy hauler here. The owner is a cool guy and the girls he has working for him are really really nice. The pricing is a little high but pretty good for being right here in Costa Mesa. You can save some money if you want to go to Westminster, Stanton or even Anaheim but you're not gonna find stores like this right here in Costa Mesa. This place stays busy all the time and it's very difficult to get a space. I am on the waiting list and I'm hoping they call soon. I have a small business right around the corner from here and it would be really nice to be so close to home. If you like your storage please give this place a call and see what they have available. Tell them that Costa Mesa Dave sent. 100% five star service”
“Excellent storage facility! The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They made the rental process simple and answered all of my questions with patience. The property is clean, secure, and very well maintained. They also have great promotions—I was able to get 50% off, which made it an even better value. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for safe, reliable storage with outstanding customer service!”
“Kind encounter with the owner/manager today.Appreciate 949 Storage as I've rented their storage units for over 10 years for clients and staff as I always know the property is safe and secure.”
“I keep my car here, and it's very reasonably priced. Your car will be safe here. They even have a lift you can use to change your oil. I just wish they were open more days.”
“This place is huge and very well managed. The entire process was pretty simple as you can do everything online. Natalie was super friendly and very informative. She answered all my questions and showed me how to use their app which was pretty cool”

“The staffs in this Newport office were really awesome! They definitely need some kind of praise or promotion from the management! They work hard, they work efficiently, and they work in a positive attitude no matter how busy they are.
I rent a storage two days ago. Everything went super smoothly. I came back today to refill the propane tank. They did a great job! Thank you!”

“It’s a pleasure to see Weston, the Manager of US Storage when I am there. He runs a very clean and efficient center and always has time for me when I have questions.
The center is always safe, clean and in excellent repair.
Thank you Westin!”
