“I have rented storage space at this location since 2013, for 8 years. Prior to that, I rented at 4 other locations in town and was disappointed with each. This storage facility is the best you will find. Bruce Bear is an honest, ethical manager and extremely professional to work with. He can be trusted at his word and is dependable. The storage facility is safe, well run, and as a result, there is usually a waiting list to get in. This facility is worth the wait. It has an excellent location, plenty of parking, and easy 24 hour in and out access. No other storage facility in Costa Mesa even comes close to the value provided here due to the excellent manager and security/accessibility of the units.”

“Mike, the owner, is outstanding.
My place had to be fumigated, and I needed a place to store my car while I was away. Not only did Mike take care of that, but he also helped me troubleshoot why my Porsche trickle charger wasn’t working after a power outage. He explained what was happening, recommended the right charger, and showed me exactly how it needed to be connected to the battery. He even set it up so that when I leave town, I can simply connect it and plug it in—no hassle. He absolutely didn’t have to do that.
Honestly, I figured he might forget—people are human. But when I came back to town after 4 months for my scheduled 9:00 AM Monday pickup, my car was ready and positioned facing outward. I asked if the charger had been set up as Mike described, and sure enough, it was done perfectly.
Now, when I travel, I can reconnect it at home and plug it in without worrying about the charger not restarting after a power outage.
This place is top-notch—beautiful cars and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. Everything is extremely organized and clean, which is a big contrast to another facility I used in Irvine that was disorganized, with cars packed everywhere and careless handling.

“I was so impressed by the kind lady working at the site at 2099 Placentia in Costa mesa. I have had so many storages in my time and I've never enjoyed the management of any at all other sites I rent from or have rented from, even other companies. This manager 'Cat' is so attentive and on point with issues from all of her tennants. She knows everyone's story and has an eye for anything that is wrong and what's right. I was worried about a possible homeless encroachment but I was ignorant to the locals and their dealings. She brought me up to speed and soon I had who I thought to be a scary individual help me in both my storage and my job. If not for her being so involved with her tenants I would never have talk to this true gentleman let alone offer him work. And my own job is now thriving with her humble hand by just being so good a person and fair to all people. On the flip side she also knew when a disruptive renter had to go. Extemely kind to the jerks all the while having them remove themselves from the premises. Beautiful character and strong management, I will always recommend her storage.”
