This storage facility is the best you will find. Bruce Bear is an honest, ethical manager and extremely professional to work with. He can be trusted at his word and is dependable. The storage facility is safe, well run, and as a result, there is usually a waiting list to get in. This facility is worth the wait. It has an excellent location, plenty of parking, and easy 24 hour in and out access. No other storage facility in Costa Mesa even comes close to the value provided here due to the excellent manager and security/accessibility of the units.”

My day was going completely downhill until I met two of the nicest people ( Ashley and Will ) they were funny yet new exactly what size unit was needed when we described the belonings that we were bringing. “Years ago I store my toy hauler here. The owner is a cool guy and the girls he has working for him are really really nice. The pricing is a little high but pretty good for being right here in Costa Mesa. You can save some money if you want to go to Westminster, Stanton or even Anaheim but you're not gonna find stores like this right here in Costa Mesa. This place stays busy all the time and it's very difficult to get a space. I am on the waiting list and I'm hoping they call soon. I have a small business right around the corner from here and it would be really nice to be so close to home. If you like your storage please give this place a call and see what they have available. Tell them that Costa Mesa Dave sent. 100% five star service”

I've rented U-boxes, Uhaul trucks of various sizes, when necessary for my changing needs. They make it easy to do for everything you might need. Transactions are easy and efficient always. “Too many times in life we complain about customer service but rarely comment when service is great.I went into to Public Storage to upgrade my unit.I was greeted by a wonderful employee or manager named Suzannah.If she isn’t a manager she should be I guess a transfer of units usually takes a couple days she did it in an hour including going to another Public Storage for proper paperwork.With the customer service I received you have a customer for life.Thanks again Suzannah”
