“I needed a large unit big enough for me and my daughter’s things after my divorce and found this location. They had just the right size unit available, the building is always well kept, never have to park far to unload or load my vehicle, variety of dolly’s, and most importantly Susanna and the staff have always been helpful and extremely kind. Truly couldn’t ask for more.”

“Arrange the whole rental online paid for it. They text me what space number gate code and when it would be ready, I showed up it was ready. Told me the lock would be there inside the unit waiting for me and there it was . Everything was easy Peezy. with the PS app that they have it makes it even easier . “I had to get a weight certification to register my F150 in CA, I'm not using it as a commercial vehicle, but it's the policy for all trucks. So I searched YELP for a location and called before I went. The personnel at O'Neil were great, I noticed a sign about the military and thanked them for recognizing our military personnel. He then asked if I was affiliated with the military, I told him indeed that my husband is a veteran after 21 years of service. I was very thankful for his response of graciousness and deeply sincere gratitude to us and ALL service members. He stated that the scales are often used by military personnel and he offers a great appreciation gift in return, just show your military ID and see what is offered, I was very surprised and thankful!”
“StorMor Santa Ana is clean, safe and easy to access. We were there for several years. No one on-site to assist when problems occur any longer, however it was always difficult to get something fixed. No one ever showed up when promised to fix a problem I had 2 weeks ago but I rated 4 stars because overall we had a good experience. I recommend.”

“Cheap storage units but I've had no issues. The insurance coverage gives me peace of mind. It's not the nicest units but it does what it needs to do for the price. Very satisfied, all the workers were very patient and the process was very easy. Took on the rental special saved a lot compared to other units. Would recommend if you want an affordable storage unit and don't care about the aesthetics.”
