They take forever to sent the supplies. Even when you call to reorder the supplies they give you the run around. I wish it was much easier to deal with I already have alot to deal with and have to handle

Chris Cooper is the best!!! He has the best customer service and vey professional and friendly! He was patience and demonstrate and explained everything that I needed to know about the equipment that was delivered 1/2 hour ago. I was very pleased with his service!!

would give zero stars if i could.. worst medical equipment supplier ive dealt with.. a lot of back and forth on the auth, the delivery and end up giving up and not receiving the items. 2 x in last year.. would not recommend. ask MD or medical group for another supplier.
