“Let me just put it out there .. the American medical system is broken .. a lot of greed and a lot of abuse .. whether it’s insurance devils, hospitals, cocky physicians, or specialized clinics! They are all rotten bad! .. people in front lines like PAs, Some NPs, Nurses, MEs, MAs, lap techs, Receptionists, and other non medical admins they are dealt the bad hand in this broken system .. it really helps when someone actually smiling and showing empathy while dealing with patients red tape pain .. it’s not their fault it’s their greedy executives and business owners .. they are in the same boat as we are in this broken system .. the guys here are really doing as much as they can to help out .. they cut some corners if possible to get your medical needs ASAP .. it’s actually one of the rare medical related places that have great customer service .. next time you come here or anywhere else just start with a smile .. it will dramatically upscale your experience .. smile! it’s free ❤️”
