The general manager, Gus was very rude and unprofessional. Went there to purchase a new iPhone. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, finally was my turn but he skipped us and went to the customer behind us. He said the other employee will be with us shortly.

This TMobile store is my go to TMobile store when I am having phone trouble. Today Fernando and Gus went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied. They also had no problem answering all my questions regarding my phone. Thank you guys so so much !!

Today i purchased a new product from T-Mobile for the home. Edgardo was the salesman who helped me with completing my need. Great customer service who showed his potential for good things to come in his life.
