“This is the best electronics store that I have ever been to. Why? Because it’s a small business, the prices are excellent and their customer service and level of integrity is unmatched. A mistake was made on a transaction that was done for my business today and Marvac went above and beyond to correct this mistake when they technically did not have to. Whether you’re wiring a car or a house or need a cheap phone charger OR you just want to spend some time looking at neat gadgets and trinkets and old school electronics, this is the SPOT! :)”
“Have you been to the new store on 17th Street in Costa Mesa? Talk about new and improved! The store looks great, very spacious with a front and back entrance and lots of staff. Everyone is pleasant and seems genuinely interested in helping. My recent experience was with Tony. He spent about 30 mins helping set up my husband’s new phone and was super friendly. I’m a loyal T-mobile customer (over 20 years) and just wanted to give a shout out to let them know that I appreciate the great customer service. Keep up the good work!”

“Amazing and incredibly inviting atmosphere here. Usually you’d feel out of place shopping through a luxury mall like South Coast Plaza. However this Apple Store employs the most polite and helpful staff. They are quick on their feet to get to you and zero to no wait time especially on a busy Sunday afternoon and with the holiday season nearing.
HUGE shout out to Omar, who was incredibly helpful and patient. Had an issue with the credit card and he was very patient and did not make me feel like an inconvenience during our transaction. Strong contender for a holiday bonus and raise.”

“I had a great experience at this Verizon. Adrian was super helpful and he helped me upgrade to a new phone. He took the time to explain all my options, and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to make any decisions. I highly recommend coming to this location and requesting Adrian. My only feedback is for the store to get more employees on the floor because there was 3 people waiting by the time I left.”

“Would be 5 stars except for the short angry bald guy ,during the day shift that physically threatens peopleSituation is that i walked out the store with an exchange for the fountain drink i bought that tasted like soda water , tried three diff drinks all the same result , told the bald guy and he called me lier etc which resulted in me asking to exchange for a bottled drink , he refused so i took one anyways and he followed me out to my car and started calling me names , physically threatened me and told me hed get me back if i ever came in again ...Which i will because other than him ...I love this store . The owner and other employees are awesome, store is always open and clean.”

“I frequent this place often for gas and food, since it is cheaper than most places. Guri and his brother Love are two of the best store employees I've ever met. They are so nice and make me chicken wings when the ones on display look old. Unlike most other 7-Eleven employees, they act like they are actually happy to be there. They really know how to make customers feel valued. If I owned a restaurant or convenience store, I would hire these two and pay them a lot of $.”

“I visited this store so often. They are so nice always smiling faces specially MR. Sandhu . Last time at about 2 am forgot my phone there went back there around 2:45 they gave me my phone back I was so happy. “I brought a cup of ramen in and asked if I could use the hot water and was told that It was not available. After some questions I was then informed that I was not allowed to use the hot water because the clerk didn't feel like letting me use it. I even offered to pay for the water but again I was told no, that there was no price i could pay for hot water. ?”
“This location is literally a breath of fresh air not only do they order the cigarettes I like here for me cuz they don't really carry them much places anymore but they are some of the friendliest attendance at any 7-Eleven location”

“I was pleasantly surprised by the awesome customer service I received after ten pm on a Monday night. I walked toward the back of the store in search of a fresh cup of coffee. I decided there wasn't any coffee that appealed to me and was heading out of the store when the cashier offered to make fresh coffee of my choice. “Whenever I stop by any 7-11 store after 7-8pm they never have any hot food available (pizza, etc.) and I was super hungry. 12-27-2025 (8pm): This store had some, however they asked me what I would like to have and they would make it in 2 minutes. I asked just for 2 slices of cheese pizza and they literally made it in 2 minutes for me. Super friendly staff. Thank you! I wish all 7-11s had this level of service.”
