One of the worst U-Haul Stores / Storage facilities in OC. They never answer the phones, which requires you to go to the store and experience very long lines. Very poor service. It's a giant waste of your time. Go elsewhere.

I whent on Sunday around 5.15 p and the manager Was super rude and unprofessional whe was used but lenguaje like M.F I can not believe how one manager can act like that
