“I have driver-passed this Grocery Outlet in Petaluma many times. I finally shopped here yesterday. The store is about the same size as most of the Grocery Outlet I have shopped. However, this store seems to carry more items with a few more choices. The store is well organized, the checkout counters are fast, and the cashiers who work at the checkout counter are very polite.”
“Just wanted to shout out to Mandy checking today (august 10 , 9am) . She handled a situation that could have escalated very quickly like an absolute pro. She thought quick, handled the situation and kept it copacetic for us customers. Plus she's just a sweet gal. Props. Give her a raise. Thanks!”
“Customer service is respectful and friendly. The products are good. The Grocery Outlets has a small variety of useful things for the home as well as food that we hardly found in some stores. In my opinion, I could see this little detail when I was here.”
“Dollar Tree in Petaluma's Redwood Gateway center on North McDowell Blvd is great.
Relaxed miscellaneous shopping for cheap stuff that eventually breaks or gets used up & trashed.”
“I've shopped at this store,7yrs & at my last visit; "Shay" (cashier) asked me if I wanted help carrying my stuff to my car!!! That was the first & only time (so far) that has happened!! Impressed me tremendously!!”
“We recently donated several pieces of furniture. We were delighted with all aspects of the process. Everyone involved was communicative, polite, and helpful. We were very appreciative of the pick up service. Thank you for the ability to give this furniture a second life.”
“The bodega bay beach, called salmon crerck.
This beach has one of the most beautiful sunsets in America, where in summer the sun sets at 8:30pm. This beach is part of the red triangle, where it has the largest concentration of white sharks on the planet, and it is also a beach for giant wave surfers in winter.”
“Super clean and organized new Dollar Tree. Friendly on the ball clerks. Stocked with most stuff you need. Great use of this building in replacement of the old Rite Aid. It's right next to Safeway.”
“Dollar Tree was not exactly what I was expecting. Went there to get wrapping, tissue and ribbon to wrap a birthday present. They had the wrapping paper but no tissue paper and no ribbon to make my own bows. But if you want to plan a party, this is your place! Also picked up a few items for my new home. So, all in all, maybe give a 4.5 stars. I will be going back.”
“It's a very clean store. Dollar Trees can be iffy. The young girl working there is soo friendly and helpful. She was great. Definitely well stocked and has lots of cools things.”
“How does one objectively rate a chain store? I mean, aren't all Big Lots the same? Sure, I'm sure the Big Lots in City X is probably similar to the Big Lots in Rohnert Park. What sets stores apart for me is customer service.
It is a rare occurrence that I walk out of Big Lots dissatisfied. The selection of items can be a bit scatter-shot (best to go in with a vague idea of what you want), but the sales and the customer service is above reproach. Where Wal-Mart is happy to leave 2 aisles open with 74 people in line, Big Lots keeps that line moving. I think I was in a Big Lots line that had 6 people in it once, but it was Christmas and it was a sale.
Overall, the Big Lots on RPX has some great people working there. Be patient with them, be kind to them, and they will repay that back with top notch customer service.”
“Usually a great place, good finds, esp for organizing; there are always lots of nice blankets and toys and HomeGoods. I especially love the heated throw blankets they have during the fall.”
“Great selection of items for a dollar and a quarter. This location is pretty well stocked. There are two self serve registers. And unfortunately not enough cashiers.”
“Fast and friendly service, made a quick stop for salad dressing ☺️.
Guess I want at the right time I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
Didn't feel like going into a big box store for just one thing.”
“ALWAYS love this store.
Lines ARE a bit of a wait.Gives me time to multi-task.....send a text to friends or family
that you have been meaning to do for a day or so.
Office supplies and holiday fun stuff for the grandkids are unbeatable here.
#1 stop for Cards.... for ALL occasions !!
Enjoy !”
“After reading the other reviews I was appalled. The workers of this store go above and beyond! They make sure the store is kept safe, clean, and are always friendly. This is the only store I go into where each employee is hard at work anytime I see them. Need help with anything? You’ll always find a worker happy to help you. And they’ll even give your kiddo some personally picked stickers on the way out! A lot of people like to come in store and some don’t have the best manners but you can’t let it ruin your experience/mood. On the flip side I’ve spoke with many kind people in here as we are very close to one another when looking in the bins. The employees are great about making sure the rules of the store are enforced. This is where I see MANY people having issues. They take out their frustrations on the employees. The rules are a big help in keeping the store organized. They are also posted all over the store in English/Spanish. I’d encourage you to learn the rules of the store before going in! No kids under 12 can have hands in the bins, only service animals are allowed, and no opening boxes are the main rules to follow.”
“This dollar tree has the NICEST employee's.
I refuse to go to the one by Walmart because the loud woman accused me of stealing lol so I will drive across town to go to the one in Cotati.
It is a little smaller but has everything that the other ones has and it's not as messy or picked through.”
