“This is a wonderful pharmacy in our small town of cotati. Nichelle and the other gentleman who works during the evening are wonderful people. They are friendly, professional, patient, and customer oriented, Nichelle helped me out tremendously the last few times I was there and because of her warm nature, she is the reason i came back and shopped there. I had printed out photos and bought frames. I didn’t even know that the Walgreens in cotati had a photo department. You hardly ever get good customer service at a lot of places these days, so it was definitely refreshing to see and it definitely deserves a shout out!”

“friends, you better trust your pharmacy and, it's staff! tuttles has been my choice for pharmaceutical care ever since 2009, when i met my then future wife who was already a client of theirs. robert and his staff are some of the most professional, ethical - concscientious people i have ever had the pleasue of, really, them working for me. from home deliveries, sometimes twice the same day and periodically, even a phone call from robert on a sunday. without exception, for those of us who depend on medication for our very life, tuttles has shown extraordinary care in carrying out their own intent and purpose in their approach to serve their fellow neighbors of humanity. they carry the highest of standards of professional acumen, again...i say professional!!! as i am a yelp contributor, this review is for one of the best! randall stevens, bennett valley- santa rosa, ca.”

“Rite Aid established me as a new customer and made the needed transition from "CVS" to acquire my needed diabetic blood sugar testing aparatus that CVS failed to do repeatedly. Rite Aid contacted my doctor, got the needed information required by medicare and filled the perscription I was out of all in the same day---Thank You CVS :- ( Grrr...! I have had it with CVS being so lame regarding my particular perscription. I feel I am off to a good/great start with Rite Aid appointing me with confidence in their ability to satisfy my medicinal/testing needs that I use daily.Randall (Randy) Stevens (formerly Freeman)”

“The service has taken huge nose dive. The pharmacists are rude. The pharmacists avoid eye contact which makes me uncomfortable. Pharmacist make decision but leave the staff to deliver the news and no one knows what is going on cause the pharmacists cannot COMMUNICATEGave 1 star this morning, 4 stars this afternoon, because when a pharmacist calls you at home and asks what went wrong and he listens to what I had to say and then apologizes. And explained to me the situation. Thank you Mike.”

“First time coming in since usually I get my meds delivered. Things went quickly though the phone was busy and it was a bit hectic for them. Bought a thermometer and some Pepto and the price was decent. I'd go again if I have to. Tiny place!”

“The staff at the pharmacy are very knowledgeable, kind, and caring. I have been to many pharmacies, but this is the very best. They take time to explain your purchases and find the fair price. Best pharmacy anywhere. Try them and I promise you'll agree. Carol R”

“Since we moved to Santa Rosa back in 2005, we've tried juat about every pharmacy in town. Rite Aid, Walgreens and CVS are the big three in Sonoma County and Walgreens is closest to our home. We tried and tried to use Walgreens Pharmacy. We would eithr drop off our prescription or the doctor would send electronically. Go to Walgreens the next day and wait 20 minutes in line only to get to the counter and be told our prescription wasn't ready. Have a seat for another 20 minutes and then you can get your prescription. There has to be a better way. There is, it's called Tuttles Hoen Pharmacy. Once I discovered this neighborhood pharmacy, I transferred all of my prescriptions there. Mike, the pharmacist is a great to deal with, answers any questions about dosage or side effects of the medications and will follow up to my doctor with refill requests when they aren't sent right away. Chrissy, the woman that handles the computer insurance approvals and the cash register is an angel and if I ask for a phone call when they receive a prescription from my doctor, she calls me and lets me know the prescription is there. They need to clone Chrissy and send the clones over to Walgreens to get things moving. When I can't get over to Hoen Ave. to pick up my prescription, which is about 25% of the time. I ask fora delivery. They have a morning and an afternoon delivery. I have always received my prescriptions from the Tuttles Hoen driver when they are expected. They seem to have retired people doing their deliveries and they do a great job. As long as Mike and the crew at Tuttles Hoen Pharmacy keep the doors open I will continue to go there and hope that the secret about the best pharmacy in Santa Rosa doesn't get out. I'd hate t o have to wait in line 20 minutes at Tuttles Hoen Ave.”

“Awesome staff, love going here. They are always welcoming, chill, and helpful. I am grateful for them after having been to most of the other big dispensaries and feel financially and socially happier with them. Good business from what I have seen.”

“I am very happy with Raley's pharmacy! In fact, its service is the best in Petaluma. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They always answer the phone in a timely manner and are courteous when I pick up my prescription. I would also like to give a special shout out to Mike, who is one of the pharmacists. Not only is he an excellent pharmacist; but he is patient and understanding when you have questions or concerns.”

“Staff was wonderful and the gal checking me out was so kind to expedite my prescription refill as I needed to start an antibiotic ASAP and was only able to pick it up on my lunch break (by the time I would be off work to pick it up they’d be closed.) I’m very grateful they could get this filled quickly given the urgency of needing to start the antibiotic, A+! ❤️”

“I really like this CVS (I had gone to the other 2 in town before here). The staff here has always been friendly. I was advised by a doctor to call ahead before going to pick up. I do, and I come in at or after the time they give me. This prevents waiting 20-minutes or so for the prescription to be filled.”

“Since I moved my mother into an assisted living facility it has been difficult for me to let go of certain tasks, like picking up my mothers medications each week. The nurse highly recommended I switch to Creekside since they do it all; match prices, deliver, bill monthly, you name it. After switching to Creekside I have to say the customer service and the care put forth by the staff was astonishing. Shane, Creekside Manager, was very helpful, as was Pat and Michele in the billing office. These guys are the best and I would recommend them to anyone!”

“I don't know why there's such a low score. The pharmacy is far better than CVS. They are very kind and helpful when you need help. The store is so much cleaner than CVS in our town. I used to love going into CVS when it was in the Redwood Plaza, but the new one is always filthy and disgusting. I much prefer Rite Aid. They have what I need here in terms of sundries and pharmacy needs. Big bonus if you are a visitor; postcards are only $.25 lol”

“I'm confused by what all the other reviewers are complaining about. It's a FREE public clinic. You're only getting basic health care and the wait is under 45 minutes. It takes about two weeks to get an appointment. Plan ahead. The staff are fluently bilingual and handle themselves professionally. Switching between languages all day is mentally exhausting and they can't always do it with a smile. There are noisy children running all over the place. It's a FAMILY medical clinic. That means sick children are accepted as they are. Practice a little patience and understanding while you wait.”

“I love the level of professionalism and personal care available at the Petaluma Health Center. After having one primary physician for over 40 years who retired I decided to try PHC's services and have been thoroughly pleased over the last 3 years.”

“A few years ago I had a sick cat and I needed a prescription. Animal solutions worked with me and my vet to get the prescription that I needed in a timely manner. The team at animal solutions is fantastic. They have a couple of cats in the building who are super friendly and everybody was kind and efficient. I can highly recommend this business - in fact I've been telling all my pet owning friends about the service.”

“I have used this pharmacy for years and have been very happy with them. The customer service in the store is always very good for me. My issue of late is that it is extremely difficult to talk with someone on the phone. The line is either busy or I get put on hold with loud music playing and after 15 minutes I give up. This issue has been constant for about a year. It's easier to drive to raley's and talk to them in person than reach them on the phone ... not good.”
