“I am so glad I switched from CVS. The staff here are so helpful and friendly. Granted most of the CVS staff were good people - but early every other refill was problematic. I mean really problematic where it took multiiple phone and delays. Some of that may have also been my Doctor at Providence. I need this prescription to function. But between Sutter Health and Costco I've yet to have a single problem.”

The pharmacy staff are efficient and care about How long we might have to wait for assistance when they are busy. I rarely have to wait very long and my meds are always ready. I also appreciate their text messages about my prescriptions. .

“Wonderful staff and facilities. My only complaint is that there is a dog food refrigerator near the door that is broken and is deafening to anyone who sits in that room. Can someone please remove it or fix it?”
“I'm confused by what all the other reviewers are complaining about. It's a FREE public clinic. You're only getting basic health care and the wait is under 45 minutes. It takes about two weeks to get an appointment. Plan ahead. The staff are fluently bilingual and handle themselves professionally. Switching between languages all day is mentally exhausting and they can't always do it with a smile. There are noisy children running all over the place. It's a FAMILY medical clinic. That means sick children are accepted as they are. Practice a little patience and understanding while you wait.”

And all CVS cared about was protecting everybody else. They took charge contacted the authorities. Which all was taken care of quickly. This is my second time in the store. They always answer the phone in a timely manner and are courteous when I pick up my prescription. I would also like to give a special shout out to Mike, who is one of the pharmacists. Not only is he an excellent pharmacist; but he is patient and understanding when you have questions or concerns.”
“Their website states they have senior hours 3 days a week 7-9 am. I called last month to confirm, and I was told they stopped that back in June. I advised them to update the hours info, but the website still shows senior hours. Very unprofessional.”

“Today I brought in my vehicle for a tire repair. I got a call from Royce informing me that due to the custom black valve stem cover he would not be able to do the repair because the valve stem cover was too long, preventing him from filling my tire back up with air. Jason, Royce and I worked together on the phone to determine a solution and they recommended that they change the valve stem cover so that they can complete the repair. The level of service and professionalism I received from Jason and Royce was EXCEPTIONAL. Every time I have brought in our vehicles for new tires or a tire repair the level of service is always excellent. My family and I will continue to use Costco Tire for all our tire needs, and thanks again for always being awesome!”
