“Had my first experience with Safeway at Sonoma Mountain Parkway in Petaluma. I was looking for Manicotti shells. I looked in Petaluma Market, WHole Foods, and Safeway on South McDowell. No joy! Another google search led me to Safeway at Sonoma Mountain Parkway. I called their customer service. The phone was answered by Sabrina, she asked me how many packages I wanted, then asked me to hold while she checked. When she returned she told me they would be at Customer Service with my name on it. I asked where Customer Service was and one of the staff pointed to a point across the store. There was no one at the desk, but I found my packages, checked out, and went home to make my first-ever manicotti. I hope someone will tell Sabrina "thank you very much". She's the first person at a Petaluma Safeway that I've reviewed. I'll be going to her Safeway store first from now on!”

She finds the best products for my skin type and budget. Hands down, CVS is lucky to have such a great employee. Troy is also a great employee. He is extremely polite and very efficient. CVS is lucky to have such professionals.”

“I was having issues with looking up my insurance and the people here did suggest using a different number that I needed to get from the main account holder. It turned out that I was just using the wrong number and with their suggestion I was able to use my insurance to cover the cost of both my COVID and flu shot. Also before my appointment they were nice enough to call me ahead to ask for my insurance and tell me how much the shots would cost without insurance. Aside from this experience I have also never had any issues with this pharmacy when I was getting my prescription filled with them monthly.”

“I'm a Kaiser memos, I don't often use the Safeway Pharmacy. But, yesterday I was able to get a flu shot as, they have an agreement with Kaiser. The staff is patient, respectful and really comfortable'multitasking.' They handle deliveries, customers and staff without sweating a bit. I filled out a short form. She took my ID and Kaiser card. Then I walked into the small med center. The RN (?) Greeted me, checked on a couple who had Covid boosters and gave me an injection in less than 5 minutes. She smiled. She was young, fun to talk to and also, did not seem overwhelmed by all the injections: people get flu, shingles, Covid shots and boosters here. I am too you g for my booster but, I'll definitely go back. They are next door and they made me feel comfortable and secure.”
