“This place is the best. On the way out of town to Sacramento drop my daughter off to coast guard boot camp I discovered a slow leak and screw in my tire. I called the two places open on a Sunday. One told me 2-3 house to get repaired and Big O said 45 minutes if you come now. I said I’ll be there in 10 minutes. They had me out in about that time and we are off to say our goodbyes. “I absolutely love AAA Santa Rosa Piner Auto. I brought my car in for an oil change today and Kyle went way above and beyond. I do a lot of commuting for work. The other day I got a pretty ugly rock chip right below my driver box in my windshield. I took it to a glass shop who told me they couldn't help me. Saying it would spread. Today when I went to pick up my car Kyle said he had a few minutes earlier today and was able to get my rock chip filled 😍 Thats the nicest thing anyone has done for me in a long time! Hands down the best customer service in town! I would absolutely recommend this auto repair shop! Please don't hesitate going there. They are very trustworthy and affordable!! Thank you Kyle for making my day!!!”

I was a service advisor for a few decades and know the in's and out's of the business pretty well. When I left that business I was looking for a good sound place for tires and they blew me away. I travel by RV and car quite often and with their large nationwide network it gives me the ease of mind that with the tire protection plan, (cheap insurance I HIGHLY recommend) I don't have that stress and can enjoy the road ahead..
