“Finding a mechanic with the means to work on my heavy, turbo diesel F350 Dually can be difficult. But when I pulled in, I saw at least half a dozen trucks bigger than mine. A great sign. Every mechanic has his niche. Eric states most of Performance Drivetrain's clients are bringing commercial and fleet vehicles, and they're intimately familiar with the "usual suspects" and their pain points. This skill was on full display when they instantly pinpointed a persistent axle needle bearing noise that I was told before was "just tires" by another auto shop. They went through the brakes, which were sorely in need of pads and rotors, and had the wits to check the diff fluid (which was filthy!) Don't hesitate to bring "normal" cars, I saw 2 Toyota compacts and a Jeep in the shop too.”

“We have never been to a Les Schwab before but we will be customers from now on. We went to pepboys just down the street and ordered $1300 set of tires 3 wks ago on 10/5, showed up yesterday for our appt and they didn't have them. No apology or solution was offered, just told that "the tires are non existant". We went over to this location and when we told Manny what had happened he apologized that that happened to us (which pepboys didn't do). He had better tires in stock for cheaper, and was able to do it the same day. We were so glad, as we leave to travel cross country next week. Manny was extremely nice and helpful. He won our business from now on.”
