Issue: Scratches and Dents
First of all, they have provided me updates from messaging, calling, and from a link that you can access so you can see the itemized amount and the progress of the repair.
Secondly, they were able to finish the repairs a day before the expected date - which is much appreciated. They also made sure to call me to let me know about it.
Thirdly, upon picking up the car, not only they had fixed the damage that was talked about and the car looking like new, they also kindly cleaned both the interior and exterior of the vehicle - and they didn't even have to do that.
The receptionist and the person whom handled our case, BOTH women were excellent. They handled everything, the insurance and claim, making sure we get picked up by the rental at the place itself (instead of us having to go there by just ourselves), the communication, giving us the original receipts, and us being in and out of the place in no time - everything is amazing.”

The oil change was reasonable and affordable. The real magic comes from the staff. George and his team inspected my vehicle and alerted me that my coolant was leaking. They topped off my coolant, took the time to show me what they noticed and after cleaning it up instructed me on what to be looking out for.
