“I had a good experience at Best Buy. We went in looking for a gas line for our dryer. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the exact fitting that matched our unit, but the staff was still very helpful and kind while assisting us and trying to find a solution.
The store itself was nice and clean, and the employees were friendly and willing to help even though we didn’t end up finding the part we needed. It’s still a great place to shop for electronics and appliances, and I’d definitely come back in the future.”

“I recently got water damage on my MacBook and urgently needed to have the inside cleaned to give it the best chance of survival. I decided to go to Alice Computerworks because they don’t require reservations, and I didn’t have to wait or go through the lengthy procedures you get at the Apple Genius Bar. I brought my laptop in, and within an hour they had cleaned the inside of my MacBook. The service was super fast and the people there were very helpful.
If your laptop ever suffers water damage, I highly recommend bringing it here so you can get it looked at immediately. Even if the damage is severe and parts need replacing, they can handle the repairs and even help communicate with Apple, so you don’t have to worry about it yourself.”

He was super helpful, explained everything I needed to know clearly, and got the job done quickly and efficiently, despite some shipping delays of battery (it was over the weekend, so understandable). “As a certifed CompTIA A+ computer technician, already knew the reason my Surface Pro 7 Plus was not working. Running another business do not have time to repair my own PC. Took my pc to 3 repair shops, and this shop instantly knew what needs to be repaired as the others guessed wrong. Less than a day, they soldered motherboard, and they had honest pricing with fast service. Most repair shops refer to YouTube fix it yourself videos these days, it was nice to know these guys know what they are doing!”

I decided to switch stores from El- Monte due to some bits of crazy attitude from El-Monte and these ladies were super happy to have me and to set me up with a good computer. I highly recommend them and another plus to this location its super clean. (overall wonderful experience)”
