They did a full replacement for screen gave me a 30 day warranty deadline incase any imperfections. Screen became to popped out on the 13th day took it back & replaced it no charge. “I needed a new 4 Pin Molex to SATA Power Cable since mine (black ESATA plastic cover) broke. I didn't want to go far away and order online so I tried the local stores. None of them (e.g., PCS HQ a few doors down in the same building) would give me one except The Laptop Experts. A guy came out right away after entering the lobby. I showed him my old broken one. He went into the backroom and had a spare one to sell. I looked and agreed to buy it. Quick and easy to get a simple part from a store. Thank you! I will return if I need another one badly. I hope they also sell other parts too because it's hard to find any near by stores that sell basic PC parts these days. :(”

“I got my printer fix here recently at this small local mom and pop shop. Found out what was the problem with my printer and got a decent price on the cost to fix it. I was told my printer would be ready by the end of the day. I got a pretty good deal for toner and ink cartridges as well. Service was great and efficient!The owner is was very nice and funny guy. I would highly recommend if anyone has a problem with their printer or copy machine. This place save me a lot time and money. Definitely, coming back and ordering more toner/ink supplies for my office.”

“3.24.24 I don't know what happened to my AirPod pro...it died on me during the sauna today! It sacrificed itself to save me. I am sad! I had my Airpod for years! RIP! I checked out Best Buy app and it was $249 for a new pair, with insurance and tax will come out to $300. No thank you . My daughter just spent $50 on her Meet hoodie, and that girl is starting to cost me a lot of money for her athletic attires. I decided to be frugal and purchased 2 wired Apple Earpods for $19.99 each. See, only mothers would sacrifice like that for their kids. haha I opted for curbside pick up this time around. I ordered on the Best Buy App, set messages alert and when my order was ready, I received a text. After the gym, I drove to Best Buy and parked on curbside 2. I opened the app and marked that I was there. Within 5 minutes, I received an alert that a sale associate would be on his/her way to me. I also had the option to select where I wanted them to place my items in my car. No driver side's option. When the associate arrived, I gave him the 4 digit code and he handed me my pair of ear-pods. Then Yelp I went and poof he was gone. lol. Very quick and convenient process. On top of that, after this Best Buy check in...I received two recognitions from Yelp, The Dukedom and the Domestic Badge...hey they are a big deal to me! :)”
