While returning to my car, I saw a young cart man in the parking lot and explained my situation. He said he would see if he could find a cart. Shortly afterwards, he came with a mobile cart he found somewhere. This yong man's name is Leo, and he is to be commended for his EXCELLENT CUSTOMER FOLLOW THROUGH. I offered him a tip, but he refused, saying he was only doing his job. He also remarked that if I needed help to load my purchases, the parking lot employees were available to help. Again, great service by employee Leo.”
