“Based on all the other reviews, I guess I got lucky. I walked in without appointment and walked out 20 minutes later with all lab work done. It’s in the lower level meaning basement or downstairs, use elevator or stairs. Paperless check-in process took me less than three minutes. Staff were friendly and courteous. I closed my eyes. The needle went in and I didn’t feel a thing, but she got three vials of blood out of me. Painless. Took one star off due to the basement location hence lacks windows, of course, and the place needs a little refurbishment.”
“It was easy to make an appointment thru the website. I love the emails and text messages for updates. Also it was so easy to check in from the parking lot as soon as I arrived. And the appointment itself was quick and easy. Ample parking and plenty of seats in the wait room.”
