“I had an issue transferring phone service from another carrier to Boost, and stopped by the Boost store in Covina (Arrow Hwy & Azusa Ave.) The service rep (going by memory, I believe reps' name was Martin) did an excellent job setting up service with Boost, which was a tricky situation for a number of reasons, knew all the work arounds to get it done, and was patient as it took a little time. Service was set up and working by the time we left the store.”

“I'm not sure if Mr. Agee is spread about the Metro store on Gladstone when he says North Azusa but the same thing happy to me there. They tried to over charge me for a Sim card and were real rude to me even while I was on the phone with a Metro representative. The rep I was on the phone with asked to speak to the store clerk and told him why he was going to charge me that much and he said that was what his manager told him to charge even tho advert said $10 dollars. The rep on the phone told me to leave that store and go to another so I came to this one on Citrus. Boy, what a difference. I was helped right away and charged the correct price, 10 dollars less than the other place as advertised. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I think I was helped by Eric. He was very nice and very informative. Thank you Eric, keep up the good work and don't ever transfer to the Azusa store !! ? ???”
