About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental is a rental company that has received mixed reviews from customers. While one customer had a frustrating experience with a flat tire and lack of spare in their rented Kia Forte, the staff at the Crescent City Budget location were able to quickly resolve the issue by swapping out the car, turning the customer's mood around. Another customer, who had rented from Hertz, accidentally went to a Budget location for assistance and was pleasantly surprised by the helpful staff who provided directions and suggestions to get their car fixed. Overall, customers have praised the cleanliness and quality of the rental vehicles, as well as the friendly and accommodating staff at certain locations. Despite the occasional hiccup, Budget Car Rental seems to strive to provide a positive rental experience for its customers.
