    Ive rented 5 cars since may. And the most recent online prepared rental double charged me. After calling 1800 number I was told the actual total of the car was double then what I prepayed on my app. And that was why I was charged twice. Which has NEVER happened before so im a bit erked seeing as I need another rental

    They gave me a dirty car & tried to charge me for gas that they shouldn't have. The guy wasn't very nice when I called and no apology for the mistake.
