“Carstar Avalon handled everything for my SUV damage from hitting an animal Valentine's evening. (Extensuve searching did not reveal the animal, so hopefully, it survived.) The staff here were very professional, personable and took care of all the insurance details. The repairs are so perfect, everything looks great. Even more, almost, I was embarrassed because the vehicle was so filthy, inside and out. When I picked it up, I couldn't believe how good it looked - thoroughly washed, vacuumed and wiped down...it really was returned to me looking better than before the accident! “I took my Honda here for a diagnostic. My car has a noise coming from the engine bay. Not only did they find the issue they also found other problems I was not aware of. They even let me see my car from underneath while on the lift. They were very helpful, honest and on point explaining everything and giving good solutions. “I live in the Morongo Basin in Morongo Valley. I had been looking for someone to work on my differential for months and it finally gave up. I was given the number of Sierra's truck differentials and was told that if he could not fix it that nobody could. I spoke to Noel and within the first couple of minutes of talking to him I knew that I found the right man for the job. I took my differential down to him on a Tuesday and it was ready by Thursday. They did a complete change of an axle and a new gear pack. They pretty much looked my axle over rebuilt what it needed and it comes with a 6-month warranty. I was not expecting to get my differential back so quick. I was so impressed with the service and the turnaround that I highly recommend Sierra's truck differentials for all your service needs at a great price.”
