“Good store, Saw a traffic light inside the store that was funny. it’s a 2 story store but the escalator didn’t work so you climb it like a stair case. Restrooms are on the second floor and they aren’t the best or the worst.”

“I love their clothing options. Saw there are deals going on at Kohls through some insta deals pages and went casually for window shopping. Guess what, purchased 10 tops(for myself and my hubby) and also glasses under clearance. With additional 50% discount, got all those stuff for just $156(tax included). There are price checkers in the store or else you can scan product barcode on kohls app for accurate prices after discount. Ample parking space. I went couple of times to use the parking space for car driving practice”
“Havnt shop Kohl's in along time, many years. Pleasantly surprised! Sales Floor clean and well merchandised. Found what I was looking for. **Maybe the trick to shop here is early - when they open. Opening hours are at 9am!”

“I like the variety T.J. Maxx has of clothing, accessories, makeup and household items. I like that different types of clothing they have in my size. It's comforting that I can go to the store and find clothing for any type of event weather or occasion. Sometimes label for size especially the pants and shirts can be misleading and not actually fit me.”
“Went to Macy's on May 9th at 10:30 am to look for shoes for my wife. I went to finish line and one young lady was upstairs and one was downstairs. I forgot their names but they extremely helpful courteous and knowledgeable. They both helped me and answered my questions. I'm big on customer service and courtesy. The two young ladies over achieved in that department. Thanks”

“I'm surprised this place is still around. A lot of JCPenney's I know have closed down. This place was well organized and had a few sales going on.
They had the a/c pumping, which made it motivating to walk around and see what they had to offer. I didn't really interact with any workers. They were mostly busy helping other customers. I'm sure my mom or aunt would enjoy going here”

“Esmeralda at the front desk defines exceptional service and what it means to go above and beyond. I was in a rush and needed some pants for a last minute meeting, so I tried them on in the fitting room and kept them on. I didn’t realize it had the magnet still attached. Knowing I was in a rush, she let me extend my leg over the counter so she can remove it. I looked ridiculous, but it didn’t matter and she didn’t care. If she made me go back and change, I would have been late to my meeting and would have lost out on my promotion! Thank you Esmerelda!”

“Was in search for some black colored Duct tape. So , my Lady and I set off for Big Lots, where she enjoys shopping from time to time. I found this 1" roll of Gorilla Duct tape that I needed to replace the shiny gray ugly, reflection off the top of the dashboard of. Our Avenger. Worked like a charm so far? Lol! Once I a while I get lucky in more ways than 1. So therefore, I'm going out on a limb to say I will, for the time being, will Co-Sign for this business, for now, so stay tuned for my next encounter with a business. “I received a 20% off coupon via email and also had a 10% cash back offer on my debit card so I decided to do some shopping at Big Lots. My first choice was the Lakewood store; however, come to find out that it has closed! I find the Long Beach store to be too junky and I was close to the Bellflower store so I decided to shop at that location. I was happy to see furniture at this location and have been wanting an ottoman for quite some time. I did not find one in the exact color I was looking for but was happy to see different options in stock. I ended up with a new living room rug and was happy to see that this location had more items of substance in stock rather than the LB location. Store layout was common as in some other Big Lots locations I have shopped at and the aisles were clear and free of clutter. Plenty of parking is available as the lot is pretty big and shares it with a few other stores and a .99 store. Area seems like it can be a bit shady though.”
