“After 4 days of dealing with Verizon and their terrible customer service I was refreshed to come here and find Jonathen. He did in 15 minutes what Verizon couldn't do in 4 days. On top of all that I got two phones with service for lower than one phone wirh Verizon that didn't even work. Thank you ATT for keepjng employees like this. Give this man a raise!”

“Best cell phone repair around we run a delivery service and we take phones in at least once a week. Drop them off Friday and have them back by Tuesday. Android or Apple no matter how old he is the guy. Tried others and nobody around compairs.

“Jesus is the BEST! We went to another T-mobile location nearby and the worker was giving us attitude and turned us away when we asked for help. We came to this T-mobile location and Jesus took his time to explain everything clearly, find solutions for us and genuinely help us. Extremely friendly and easy to talk to! We need more people like him!”

“I luv it I was in and out looking to purchase a refrigerator I went through it with home depot and never got a refrigerator after 3weeks of dealing with them after they left the refrigerator in my living room after they didn't show up and I took off work twice. Lowes had me messed up the price was ridiculous so best believe I'm very happy I went to best buy the guy in the refrigerator section omg I got what I wanted and was in and out and pleased thank you so much I will be back”
“This review is a year overdue, long story short, forgot the girl's name that worked there that helped me but I remember her saying it was her last day cause she was transferring, anyway, she convinced me to get the clear Tech21 case for my phone and a screen protector. Usually I'm a careful person but, the other night I fell down the stairs and dropped my phone 3 floors and the case was hardly scuffed (I'm fine) but yeah. Get the damn phone case and screen protector - the people here are honest lol. Thanks all, a year later, but thanks.”
“Shoutout the homie Matt, I made an appointment for 8:20pm on a Thursday and he had some other customers when I arrived, he asked me if I could come back later since he didn't know if he would get to me in time before closing after I explained what I came in for, I asked if there was any way that it would be possible and he said there *might* be a possibility, emphasis on the *might*, I let him know I'll wait and if it doesn't happen it doesn't happen, he said he didn't want me to wait around to then not be helped but I said it was okay, he was able to finish with the other customers and still have time to help me before closing! I also overheard another employee tell another customer that there were 2 call outs that day, Matt came through and mans deserves a raise fasho!!!”
