“I came in last minute for a quick errand. Upon walking in, I was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming feel this store had. The gentleman there greeted me and with a smile (let me tell you, not every location is like this). Nery was able to answer all my questions and help me right away. “I had an excellent experience at T-Mobile thanks to Adrien. I came in with my dad on 7/3 at around 6:00 PM to purchase a new phone for him and Adrien made the entire experience outstanding. He was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the process. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything very clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable with our decision.
His professionalism and friendly attitude made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Customer service like this is hard to find, and Adrien truly went above and beyond. I went three days in a row, unfortunately on the third time she was not there, a young bro. Was, but he seems to lack experience, his solution to my phone issue,......just come back when my partner is here (Victoria). Perhaps he should take some notes from her or.... try to get a job at the food place next door.
