Palms Grooming Salon is a trusted and dependable grooming salon that many customers have used for years, with some families relying on them for over thirty years. The owner and employees are great, professional, hardworking, and dedicated. They develop a relationship with the dogs, are very gentle, and take their time, ensuring service is not rushed. The staff provides friendly and exceptional customer service, greeting customers warmly, and they clearly love their jobs. The service is very satisfying and reasonably priced. The facilities are always air conditioned, ensuring dogs do not get overheated. There is convenient parking for safe drop-off and pick-up. Dogs may be there for most of the day, so it may not be ideal for dogs who do not do well in a kennel. The groomers intend to provide water, and the ribbons they add are a cute touch. Overall, customers are very happy, recommend them to anyone, and feel their pups are well taken care of and worth the trip.
I’ve been bringing my dog here for years. This place is amazing! They have the best prices around, I’ve done my research. Great customer service and people you can trust with your precious pets.

Fouad is the nicest man, and so is his staff. Once, something happened and we weren't able to get to the salon before closing to get our dog. He called us and volunteered to come back and open back up so we could get our dog when we got home.
