“Staff and doctor both very friendly and attentive. A month after taking my puppy there, I needed some information and the girl who I talked too was very helpful and effective. She sent me an email with all the vaccines and digital invoice from the appointment.

“I have a bully mix, vets/ everyone else is usually afraid of her or stand offish, and she clearly catches the vibe. But the care team here really made my dog feel comfortable enough to nap in their offices…. Right away they showed her so much love and I really appreciate that. The doctor was so thorough and sat with me rather than above me to explain exactly what was going on with my dogs eyes, and gave me the relief I was hoping for… I will be back in a couple years to recheck her eyes with them. Thank you so much for your hospitality, it means the most as a bully mix mom with a misunderstood pup.”

They quite literally saved my Buu’s life, and I will forever be grateful.
Dr. Andruzzi (neurologist), Siarah (neuro DA), and neuro techs Chelsea and Jackie were so attentive, compassionate, and thorough. They explained everything clearly and made sure Buu was comfortable every step of the way.
We are especially grateful that Dr. Andruzzi and Dr. Lo (surgeon) worked together to coordinate same-day procedures so Buu would only have to go under anesthesia once. That consideration meant so much to us.
Thank you to Dr. Lo (surgeon), Lindsey (surgery DA), Oku and Victor (surgery anesthesia techs), and Pilar (surgery tech) for the incredible care they gave Buu during surgery.
Can't forget Aaron and Maria, the two overnight techs who took care of my girl.
