“I love that post office service. I've been with them for so many years. They have really good manners with themself's and their customers. They always have the place very clean before service starts. I been there before they open just to check my PO BOX and they are cleaning and have everything really need is in a good area too. Love you guys thanks for all your service I appreciate that a lot. ❤️❤️??”

“The employee was really helpful in finding me the best option possible to ship my items in Europe. She was polite and thoughtful in her suggestions which I appreciated as she helped me save a lot of money. She guided me through the process seamlessly making my experience very positive.”

“Excellent Service at Westwood USPS
I am absolutely amazed by the service at the United States Postal Service in Westwood. Every single letter I send from this location reaches its recipient without any issues. In the past, my mail would often get lost when sent from other branches, but here everything works flawlessly!
The staff are wonderful — always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to answer any questions. They work quickly and accurately, and they know exactly when to suggest additional services. Everything here is just perfect. Thank you!”
“I’ve been to this USPS a handful of times, and the staff has always been very nice and helpful. Like any USPS, there’s often a line, but twice while I’ve been in here one staff member has come out to answer any questions from the line, which really expedites the process. Overall, only good experiences for me at this USPS!”
“This post office single-handedly revived my faith in USPS. Or, rather, my faith that trips to the post office can be pleasant. The two fellows that seem to be there most often are so effusively friendly and helpful! To the point where one of them, I believe his name is Jackie, got me something green to wear on Saint Patrick's Day so I wouldn't get pinched. We've since moved and I genuinely miss having those nice moments when I'd run errands. To those who can frequent this post office, please take some time to appreciate it!”
“Found this place on a whim & thanks to Tyler got all my stuff shipped & packaged & I just have to say that Tyler went above & beyond to help me AND was personable & just a joy! I will DEFINITELY return here!!!”

“This post office opens earlier than others, stays open later, and is open Saturdays. Winning. It has a self-shipping machine in the lobby and the line flows easily at the front desk.”

“Never crowded, always helpful, which is saying a lot for the USPS these days. Whenever we have the time to drive a bit farther to drop off a package, we stop here.”
“I just want to give a big shoutout to T and Ashley at the USPS on 5350 Wilshire Blvd (Miracle Mile)! Both of them were incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely lovely to interact with. They made the whole process so easy and stress-free by patiently answering my questions and offering clear, thoughtful guidance. You can really tell they care about the people they serve. Thank you, T and Ashley, for being so welcoming—you both made my visit a really positive one!”
“I had to mail a couple of gift items and I didn't have a box or labeling ready and the lady at the counter was professional and helped me navigate the packaging options. Once I got my packaging from the shelf and went up a second time I was helped by a second lady who was professional and helpful.
I also got a PO box here and the guy behind the counter was able to set me up without issue. I had a question about how the street address po box was different from a traditional PO box and he wasn't the best at explaining the difference but I was being dense and in retrospect the difference is quite obvious. He wasn't rude he just had trouble explaining it in simple terms at the time, something I can't fault him for given how painfully obvious it is in retrospect.”

“While the hours are less than to be desired at this local annex to the larger Post Office this makes up for in its lovely and helpful employees. Most associate the post office with stress. This is not that location. It’s all about how they can help and they are always professional and very friendly. High fives all around although I wish they had abbreviated Saturday hours to avoid the Sepulveda location which is poorly located with so much traffic.”
“Best place ever. They always go out of their way to please customers (no diddy). I’ve been using them
8 years now and I always feel good when I visit.”
“Parking is AWFUL! However, the customer service team is always helpful and friendly which I have never experienced in any other post office. Like the one in Verdugo Road where the attendants are incredibly rude.”
“Was no line when I arrived, but in the 10 mins it took to address some envelopes, 3 people had snuck in behind me. Naturally, each customer had a complicated transaction, so it took about 15 mins to advance to the window. About 6 people had lined up behind me during my wait. Staff was friendly and efficient. Decent post office if you time it right!”
“I received fast and efficient service at this post office. One of the clerks kindly assisted me in locating my missing mail, which I greatly appreciated. Although I don’t often leave reviews, I felt compelled to share my positive experience. The clerk at Window 3—a lovely young woman with brown skin and striking green eyes—was exceptionally sweet and helpful. Additionally, the convenient location of this post office near my home makes it incredibly accessible. So far, so good!”
“If you ignore the limited parking, the store overall is great! Nice people there. Packages always got delivered. I saw they have boxes available, stamps, and packaging materials.”
“BEST PLACE EVER!!! Super professional and helpful, fantastic energy You have to come here, they're much quicker than the post office plus you can get more stuff done in one place! Amazing shop I'm not going anywhere else”

“The employees make this location a 5 star one, especially Janice, she is a superstar, the epitome of stellar customer service!
This location is so much cleaner than many other post offices.
Parking spots are sparse, but there are a couple of large parking lots nearby and the streets have parking too”
“Wow this is the best USPS I’ve ever visited in the U.S. having lived in 6 cities across 3 states. Kim went above and beyond — initially proactively offering help when I seemed confused and quickly found a solution that fits all my needs. This will be my new go to place for all USPS needs!”
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Postmasters on Riverside Dr is hands down my go-to for shipping. The two gentlemen there are always super helpful and really know the ins and outs—whether I’m shipping to family in New York or sending packages internationally.
I’m writing this review because they saved me big time. Today, FedEx wanted $180 per package (plus box fees) to ship two large boxes to Utah. I went to Postmasters instead and they got it down to $88.20 per package. Huge difference.
Honest, knowledgeable, and fair pricing. I won’t ship anywhere else.”
“I utilize this particular USPS location as it's now my local branch since moving in this part of Los Angeles located in Hollywood and by far I have had the best experiences with simple customer service compared to three past local USPS locations I've had to deal with in other parts of LA County so I appreciate the time and effort given by the postal workers I've had the pleasure of assisting me with my postal service needs. Keep up the good work! Thank you all! I don't quite know your names yet but I will soon enough since you all will be seeing me more often. :)”

“My most favorite USPS location in the Westwood/West LA area. Always greeted with a smile by the postal workers. Never a long line. I find the workers here patient in answering questions unlike their counterparts at the Exposition Blvd location who never fail to give me attitude like I am bothering them on vacation.”
“Fastest, kindest service I’ve ever encountered in a USPS store. ?? in and out in 20 seconds
My local post office is bad attitude HQ, so it was wonderful to be asked “how are you? :)” for once”
“Last week, I found myself in a bit of a pickle when I realized I had forgotten to mail a birthday card to my grandma in Slovakia. The main post office was closed, and only Feve was working. It was almost closing time, and there were at least four people ahead of me trying to use the self-mailing machine. I asked Feve if they had any birthday cards for sale, but she informed me that they did not. However, she kindly pointed me to a nearby store where I could purchase one. She also mentioned that the self-mailing machine doesn’t accept postcards to Europe unless I already have a forever stamp. Her suggestion was to try the UPS store next door.
I followed her advice and bought a card, but when I got to the UPS Store, I was shocked to learn that it would cost over $300 to ship it, outrageous!
I returned to the post office, hoping for a small miracle as it was just about 4:58 PM or maybe even 5 PM. When I explained how much the UPS store wanted to ship the card. Without hesitation, Feve stepped in to help me. She unlocked the door to the main post office and got me the forever stamps. Thanks to her quick actions, I didn't fail, and made my 90-year-old grandma happy.
I am grateful for Feve’s kindness, as she could easily turn me away. Thank you.”
“This was the second USPS I visited to deliver an Operation Santa gift. The first office I visited wasn't trained nor knowledgeable of the service I was explaining. The male worker at the Manhattan Beach USPS that assisted me was very knowledgeable, quick and efficient. I would return to this USPS to continue using their services, even after the holidays.”
“The Mail Shoppe is awesome and so convenient close to my home. Big thanks to the friendly staff for always being there for all my printing, copying, shipping, visa photos, faxing needs (yep, some government offices still want you to fax documents to them...crazy right?!)”
“Rick is the best!! He’s always working very hard and doing his best to assist everyone. He never has attitude, he’s always very nice and patient. I used to dread going to the post office because you never know what you’re gonna get with the employees but he always makes the whole process easy”
“The only thing wrong with this post office is chronic lack of staff. There was only one person working in the building when I was here two years ago, and it is still the case, despite long lines. I have found the staff to be polite and conscientious though they are under considerable stress. What is wrong with the US Postal Service? It is a lovely building, centrally located. Yes, there’s parking, but many users get there by bike or on foot. Lots of post boxes and I almost always see people picking up their mail. Plus there’s a mural! Please, USPS, provide the resources and a full staff so this facility can properly serve this lively community. And kudos to the staff that ARE there and serving the public in very difficult circumstances.”
