“This place is great and I told Kien, he is such a nice guy. Great customer service. Long story short, I got into my first accident in 35 years. Not knowing what to do or how my insurance would handle everything. So this may be giving a good review to State Farm too. But State Farm got me a rental and recommended Fix Auto on their preferred list, me never having heard of them. But right from the start, their customer service and level of support was top notch, letting me know what they were doing, needed to do, time frame, etc. When I went to pick up the car when done, they even said it was okay if I drove and dropped off my rental car there and they would take care of it. My car was fixed right and looks great. They work well with you, the insurance company and the rental car place. Getting into an accident sucks, you know it does. But Kien at Fix Auto alleviated so much of my problems and stress about it all, by working with all of the entities involved. Thus, I am giving 5 stars ( I would have given more if allowed to) and a clear recommendation.”

“My family has been using this location for a while and they were suggested when I needed my brake light replaced. I called and they told me to stop by so they could look at it. After assessing my light, they ordered the part and were transparent about the estimated price. A few days later I got a call that the part was in. When I came in, they took probably 15 minutes to fix it. I was totally expecting my car to be unavailable all day, I was so happy. These guys do good work and are reasonable in price. My family has found them reliable for many years and we plan to go back to them with any of our autobody needs.”

“Initially brought a friend over to get a brake job done and they did a great job. Came back again to get a oil change & transmission drain and fill for my Corolla and they made sure to use the OEM CVT fluid (really important for this vehicle). Did the timing belt job for another vehicle as well and they've been really helpful in answering all of my questions. Happy to see that they're open to questions and using quality parts.
Update: Had a radiator changed on my Honda Civic due to a crack in the plastic tank from age and I checked in to see if they could source an OEM part. They were able to source it for me and get me back up and running really fast. Thank you again, Precise Auto Repair team.”

“Angela at A+ provided the best service experience I have had for many years. A+ replaced our Subaru windshield at our home with no fuss. About 2 months later we noticed a crack in the new windshield but not due to any impact. Angela worked beyond what I would expect, talking with the local Subaru dealer. “Awesome service! I’d had an accident when my car was parked in a lot - someone crashed into my rear side and thankfully left their insurance info. I was really dreading dealing with the whole process of getting my car fixed, insurance sorted out and managing without my car for several days. But dealing with Carstar was an absolute delight! They called me to book an estimate , they accommodated a last minute rescheduling (childcare ). I then dropped my car off, they got me a rental at a nearby Enterprise in about 10 minutes. They kept me posted via text on progress, and a week later I dropped off the rental car and drove off with my car all fixed and also cleaned thoroughly! Throughout - I dealt with Kayla who was awesome all the way! Thank you Carstar !”
