“Honestly the best experience since I’m busy and needed to drop off and pick up at my own time. I dropped off the night before - the key drop box is right next to the main door and it’s unlabeled. The next morning they let me know they got it and my windshield would be done that day. At 2 pm they let me know they finished but I told them I wouldn’t be able to get there until like 5 so they kindly left my key card and said I could pick up the tesla anytime. Windshield was perfect.”
