    “I'm a picky person. I've tried quite a few places for facial, and ended up settling here. They use the highest and best products CPB, and their facial techniques are great. I always fall asleep when enjoying the face massage. The results are noticeable great! My husband could easily tell that I just had a facial done. Best facial you could find in Bay Area! Man, I hope the price is better.”

    “We visited many Ross stores across the U.S., but this location is by far the best. In my experience, Ross usually has low prices, but the stores can be messy—disorganized shelves, employees who don’t seem to know where things are, and cashiers who can be unfriendly or busy chatting. However, the Cupertino store was completely different. What surprised me the most was how neatly the suitcases were arranged. All the clothing was also well organized by section and size, making it very easy to shop. Most importantly, the cashier was extremely friendly and clearly took pride in their store. I think this will be the only Ross store I visit from now on. To the cashier who chatted with me about my trip to Hawaii — I don’t know your name, but you were the kindest Ross employee I’ve ever met!”
