I always fall asleep when enjoying the face massage. The results are noticeable great! My husband could easily tell that I just had a facial done. Best facial you could find in Bay Area! “We visited many Ross stores across the U.S., but this location is by far the best.
In my experience, Ross usually has low prices, but the stores can be messy—disorganized shelves, employees who don’t seem to know where things are, and cashiers who can be unfriendly or busy chatting.
However, the Cupertino store was completely different.
What surprised me the most was how neatly the suitcases were arranged.
All the clothing was also well organized by section and size, making it very easy to shop.
Most importantly, the cashier was extremely friendly and clearly took pride in their store.
I think this will be the only Ross store I visit from now on.
