“Bought a washing machine here today. Jose and Mohammed were very friendly. Jose and another associate wrapped the washing machine with bubble wrap and helped me loading the washing machine into the car. Great customer service, well staffed, and very quick support.”

“Recently I took my phone in due to a malicious virus attack. Chris Booth got rid of the virus and with my o.k., installed an anti-virus program (one that he said Click-Away uses on their own computers). I also ordered a new Dell laptop as the prices at Click-Away are competitive with Amazon and Best Buy; and if you want, after they will set it up and transfer your files and programs from your old computer to the new one, they do sell a plan for their services. This is good if you are not tech-saavy particularly or if you have no time to get problems solved using other companies. Chris was excellent, and though there were a couiple of glitches, he worked through them and was 100% responsive to my computer needs.”

“I got into a real jam that ClickAway got me out of. Spend way to much money to build my 2 kids gaming PC's for Xmas. One of them fire up and worked perfectly. The other one wanted to keep resetting randomly. This was beyond my skillset so I called Trang Dinh at ClickAway and explained my pickle. Mind you this is 4 days before Xmas. She told me to bring it and she would get to work on it immediately. The issue took some time to track down and it turned out to be a faulty motherboard. Trang let me know that she felt the power supply and the Mb should both be changed out. I rushed replacements from Amazon which arrived on Xmas eve. Spent all night rebuilding the PC. Very relived and happy to report that Trang's troubleshooting was spot on. New MB and power supply worked perfectly and Dad was able to look like a superstar to both my kids as I delivered working gaming PC's. Both PC's have been in heavy use since Xmas with zero faults. Trang literally save Xmas in my house this year. Cant thank her enough. She charged me a very fair price for the work rendered. She was very engaging and communicative throughout the entire process. Thank you Trang for all that you do!! You are a rock star! Thanks ClickAway. 5 stars from me!!”

“Been living nearby for almost six months and finally made it to Stanford to soak up the vibe of this top-tier campus! The bookstore is amazing to browse and shop. I was so surprised by all their brand collaborations—Lululemon, Nike, and even Free People! Also, their teddy bears are absolutely adorable and make the perfect gifts for little ones.”

“THESE PEOPLE HAVE GREAT VIBES!!!! So I went in with a budget and idea and they did everything possible to help me. The made every attempt to fit everything in the FLP02 case I wanted but they recommended the fractal define 7 xl which I LOVE its really nice! I build the computer but the MB I got did not have a manual just the quick install guide. and mistakes were made since my IT knowledge is still 10 years in the past so accidently bust the cmos battery holder off. So I call ahead and bring it in. THEY DID ME A HUGE FAVOR and exchanged the MB and tested the replacement there to be sure we were all good! THANKS LAILA FOR THE HELP!!!! Check them out! they are good hard workers and fun to talk too. Good deals too when they can!”

“I needed to get my ancient Mac checked out and found this spot online. Although they no longer take walking or do business with civilians, Jesse still spoke to me and not only heard me out but he referred me to their sister store, which worked out super well. Very nice and clearly very knowledgeable! The sister store was the tech squad and they did an excellent job! Great experience all around.”

“Prices could be a bit more competitive,so if you know how to haggle ,you'll get a reasonable deal. If you know exactly what you need, and are not in a hurry, you might find cheaper online, but if you want to get same day exchange on bad RAM or incompatible, these guys are are good bet. Lifetime warranty on all the new stuff they sell, plus it is pretested for defects. I have been buying here since 07 and no issues what so ever with service.”

“My company often purchases hard to find, refurbished, and EOL parts from Eric Williamson of Hard Disk Direct. Eric is very responsive, always helps us find what we need, and sometimes able to offer us a discount. We have had a good experience with the refurbished equipment we have purchased. In those rare instances where something did not work as expected Eric has responded right away and quickly shipped a replacement to us. I have read the negative reviews posted but have not had that same experience. I recommend Eric and his team at Hard Disk Direct.”

“I needed a legit battery for my moto Z4. Tried a couple from another online retailer, both were counterfeit. So glad I found your site! The fitment is exact. The cable lines up perfectly and the device charges and discharges correctly. Shame on that other outfit.”
